Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 nights over Christmas and New Year (22 Dec - 8th Jan).

Fully furnished with ample street parking this is a great spot to spend the holidays. Close to all amenities and Sydney's many sights and wonders. A delightful 2 Bedroom House with Ocean Views. You can spend hours exploring this exciting coastline.
A refreshingly cool beach house with excellent cross ventilation as there are always sea breezes. It has a well equipped kitchen with all utensils and electric oven. All kitchen equipment and table ware is here.
Open combined lounge and dining room with comfortable oriental inspired furnishing, a spacious master bedroom with queen bed - all linen provided. Two single beds in the second bedroom that can be combined into a king on request. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine/dryer
This bright and sunny house also has a front porch setting as well as a large back garden. There is a BBQ for your steak or prawns for alfresco meals. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach which is at the end of the street.
Restaurants and shopping are 10 minutes walk.
It is very close to public transport with a bus stop on the street; Bondi or Bronte are easy to access. The nearest train station is at Bondi Junction.

We are an agency, we don't meet you at the property, the keys are collected from our office which is centrally located in Darlinghurst. However, our friendly staff are just a phone call away! We are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.
This property is self-contained and IS NOT a serviced apartment. We supply a small Welcome pack on arrival with hotel size bathroom essentials and tea & coffee.

We are open between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Key collection outside of business hours.
Key collection is from 2:30pm onwards on your day of arrival
The keys will not be released earlier than 2-30pm unless prior arangements have been made. The keys will not be release the day before you arrival either.
In the event that there are any issues with the cleaning please contact Virginia immediately so housekeeping can come back to address the issues. Virginia's number is supplied with your keys.
Please ensure all complaints are made known within 24 hours of arrival.
If there are any maintenance issues with the property please contact us on +-- ---- ---- and we will try to have these sorted out as soon as possible.
Departure time is strictly 10am
On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
