This beautiful Redstone condo has been refurbished and redecorated in the fall of 2011. All of the furniture, artwork, linens, and dinnerware are in fantastic condition. The condo was professionally decorated with a mountain modern motif in mind.

Don't be turned off by the idea of not being 'downtown' Park City. Save yourself some time, trouble, and money by staying at Redstone. You will have ample parking, an easy walk to great restaurants, a lack of street noise at bar time, and a short shuttle ride to the slopes. Redstone is conveniently located just off of Interstate 80, yet minutes from all of Park City's amenities.

Whole Foods is less than two blocks away. Smith's Foods is three blocks away. There are over a dozen restaurants (pizza, Italian, Asian, bistro, Mexican) within a four block walk. Starbucks, Cold Stone, a new bowling alley, and a movie theater are also within three blocks. The Red Rock Brewery is two blocks away and offers great food and great local beer. Shopping options also abound.

If you are visiting during ski season...The Canyons Ski Resort is three miles away, Park City Ski Resort is six miles away and Deer Valley Ski Resort is eight miles away...but no need to drive because the Park City Shuttle is free and can drop you off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or anywhere along the way. The stop in Redstone is two blocks from the front door of the condo. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes during the winter months and every 30 minutes during the summer months.

Directly across Hwy 224 is the Utah Olympic Park (where the 2002 games were held). Watch ski jumpers, try bobsledding for yourself, and visit the Utah Olympic Museum.

The master bedroom has a beautiful new queen bed and a large television. The master bath has double sinks, a tiled shower and a jetted tub. The mattress is a Westin Heavenly Bed, purchased new in fall of 2013.

The spare room has a lovely new double bed with an adjacent full bathroom.

Downstairs, the beautiful new leather sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps two adults. The mattress won't leave you with a sore back, either. Curl up on the sofa and watch a movie while sitting by the fire.

There is a beautiful new, custom-built Honduran mahogany dining table and various pieces of handmade, custom furniture throughout the condo. Great care was taken to make the condo feel like 'home' for everyone who stays there.

Why Kevin Tucker chose Park City area

Park City is my favorite place on earth--great snow, beautiful scenery, and amazing people.

Years of skiing in Colorado and Tahoe led me to look for places there, but in February of 2011 I visited Park City for the first time during ski season...fell in love...and bought this condo a few months later.

What makes this condo unique

I strongly considered a condo downtown Park City, but I spend a good deal of time at the condo myself and the easy access to SLC and the walkable nature of Redstone and Newpark made this location a no brainer for me.

The Park City shuttle service is convenient and free. It gets me anywhere I need to go in the area.

A Second Home

Again it was a pleasure to stay in this property. This is our second consecutive years here at Kimball Junction. Kevin's condo is a comfortable place with an owner who aims to please. The kitchen is like being at one's home with well stocked pantry for cooking, complete with dishes, silverware, nice appliances and a dining table for a 8 and a counter for 3 more. Outside is a very nice Weber gas grill for grilling. A walking path is close by for easy exercise.

Exactly as described

Kevin's place was clean and very comfortable. It is furnished very nicely and has extra touches like artwork and throws for relaxing in the evening with a nice bottle of wine or two. Unlike most condos we have rented, Kevin's place has tons of options if you feel like watching a movie or sporting event. Also, Kevin was very helpful with recommending a place to watch one of the bowl games. A great place to stay.

Clean and exactly as described.

The shopping center is directly behind the condo. Great location for walking to dinner etc. I stayed during the summer as an alternative to staying in SLC. Great idea considering how nasty the air is in SLC. Not a luxury condo but exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable.

Feels like being at home

This condo was the very BEST condo I have stayed in. Everything and I mean everything was A-ONE about the place, for example, the most complete kitchen with quality cookware, tableware, completely stocked pantry, spices to name a few. Everything was quality throughout, plus a fine WEBER gas grill. The location was ideal for the area, just a few minutes from I-80. A great retreat for anytime of the year. One can walk to shopping as the shopping area is just 2 blocks. Public transportation is nearby also.

Great Vacation Spot

My wife and I stayed at this condo for two months during ski season. We are frequent VBRO users and I have to say, it was one of the best places we ever stayed. Kevin, the owner, was most responsive to all our questions and needs. He even e-mailed us the day after our arrival to make sure we got in OK and to see if we needed anything – a first for us.

The condo is well equipped with everything you will need, from linens to the kitchen. Having little things available (like mustard, ketchup, salt/pepper, spices, etc.) makes for a much more enjoyable stay and fewer trips to the grocery store. The beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable and the layout works well if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed.

The condo is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but is only two blocks from two good restaurants, a movie theater and Whole Foods. It is also a short walk to Starbucks, another grocery store, restaurants, a bowling alley and a very nice fitness facility. You can access miles of hiking / biking trails just steps from the door.

I highly recommend this place and will probably return next time we are in Park City. There are many like it in the neighborhood, but the owner and amenities make this the place to be.

My wife and i had a wonderful month long stay at this well appointed residence. The owner has stocked the unit with all the amenities one needs for a short or long stay. Indeed, we lacked for practically nothing, even in the kitchen. The trail to PC is just outside the door and the view from the side patio is straight toward the mountains. The Park City bus system takes you anywhere one needs to go, at no charge. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a very comfortable base from which to enjoy Park City. and the surrounding area.
