SUMMER SEASON 7 NIGHT MINIMUM/SATURDAY CHECK IN ONLY - Due to the popularity, size and location of our home, during the summer season we rent weekly or multi weekly with Saturday check ins/outs.

MAY/SEPTEMBER 5 NIGHT MINIMUM/MID WEEK CHECK IN - In May and September, we reduce our minimum stay to five nights and allow mid week check ins.

Located directly on the beautiful white sands of Siesta Beach! 636 on the Key is a 4,000 sq foot luxury gulf front single family home offering our guests unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach as their backyard. Designed and built as a custom private home, 636 has large bedrooms and living areas. 636 offers guests four ensuite bedrooms, a media room with a sleeper sofa, a powder room, a laundry room and a beautiful open floorplan great room with a chef's kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table for 12 and a luxurious living area. 636 also offers guests over 750 sq ft of beachfront elevated balconies!

Stunning beach front property with a perfect location.

We rented this house for our Siesta Key beach wedding. Accommodations were more than what we were expecting. The property had anything and everything you would think you would need for your stay. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is thinking of staying in Siesta Key!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Belle of the Beach."

We had a wonderful stay at the "Belle of the Beach." The house is as beautiful as the photos show. Large, airy and light rooms with plenty of space for the whole family. Everything was clean and in order. A short walk to the beach and then you can walk north or south as far as you'd like. You can walk into town for a meal or to go sight seeing.

You can also sit on the deck and go sight seeing. The sound on the beach at night was surprising to us. We never saw a thing so we couldn't identify what was making the cacophony of sounds... but guessed various birds, frogs or maybe crickets. Something even sounded like farm yard animals.(?) Someone told us there were armadillos there. It was fascinating. If we hadn't gone outside to enjoy the deck we never would have know what was going on and missed the whole show.

The location is amazing looking out on the Siesta Key beach. It was just a beautiful sight. It was a short drive to the main land and the Sarasota Airport. We were there in the summer and it was hot but often cooled down after a short rain at night.

The property managers were very helpful. We had a small problem and they came right away to fix it. We'd love to go back and see what it's like in the winter high season.

I don't think you will find a nicer place on Siesta Key.

Exceeded Every Expectation

What an experience! Before we ever got to the home, the owner contacted us with a survey of things that interested us (events, rentals, shopping, food, etc.) and then sent a customized, 5-page welcome package to prep us for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property managers who walked us through the house, giving us tips and showing us the many features and amenities.

The house itself was everything it was described to be and more. It was spacious, modern, comfortable and very well-equipped. I can't think of one thing that it lacked or that we needed--from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the games downstairs and all of the beach equipment. The location was perfect--the Village was within a short walking distance and our area of the beach never felt crowded.

We had 8 adults and the house could easily accommodate 10 - 12 and still not felt over-crowded. If you have kids, the bunk room is perfect for up to 6. We all voted it our top vacation and hope to return in the near future. And to top it off, two days after our stay ended the owner had already sent the deposit refund. It made the whole experience stress-free and seamless. Thank you for an incredible, unforgettable stay!

Outstanding Home - better than advertised

This was the perfect place for vacation with our extended family. The location, the house and amenities were better than advertised.

The en suite bedrooms were outstanding, combining comfort, luxury and privacy. The closet space, hangers, etc allowed us to set up just as though we were at our own home. The bed was so comfortable, that the brand will be our next purchase. The upstairs deck was the perfect place to enjoy the gulf breeze, catch some sun and just relax.

The kitchen and family room area was a perfect gathering place with wonderful furnishings and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We took full advantage of the kitchen by having multiple dinners on the deck while watching the sun set. The table was large enough for the whole group, the seating was very comfortable and the views were perfect. The deck was our favorite place.

The little things the owner provides really make this place special. Bikes on site, plenty of beach equipment, all the kitchen utensils you'd ever need, baskets of beach towels, the Viking beverage fridge, welcome packet, etc.

I will stay here again when we return to Siesta Key and recommend it to all that want a special place to stay.

Absolute Heaven on Siesta Key!

I've been coming to Siesta Key since 1978. My parents still own a condo down the beach at Crystal Sands. This trip, we needed extra space for Christmas/Family reunion. The "Belle" was perfect in every way possible. Dawna, the owner could not have been easier to work with or more accomodating to our needs. The "Belle" is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach vacation rental house. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in the village. The views from every room in the house are breathtaking and the layout is perfect. Even on the chilly days, it was warm sitting on the balcony. The managers, Greg and Cynthia were also wonderful to work with and always available for anything we needed. It was a Christmas we will never forget and we can't wait to come back again and again. Thank you so much Dawna for sharing your beautiful home! Siesta Key is our favorite place on earth and the "Belle" is without a doubt, the "Gem" of Siesta Key. A truly remarkable find!! Martha D.
