Great neighborhood, parking, everything you need!

What better way to see L.A. than from Beverly Hills? My colleague and I stayed in this lovely, clean, corporate-style apartment for two months. The apartment is well-equipped, tastefully furnished, in a small garden building, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is cable and wi-fi, extra towels, fully equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. Coffee, brunch and restaurants are around the corner (plus all manner of nail and hair salons should emergency styling be required). There is a grocery store and a Trader Joe's within close driving distance. We appreciated the easy parking -- one spot that came with the apartment and overnight street parking available across the street. Note that the washer and dryer are coin operated and not in the unit but are steps away behind the building. It's not too far to hop on major freeways and streets to access other parts of L.A. The property owner Ashley was delightful -- friendly and easy to reach. Anything I would change is really minor: coffee and supplies on hand in the kitchen so late arrivals from the East Coast like me don't have to go in search of groceries! Also a more comfortable living room couch would be nice. But those things are very minor, and all in all it was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a business rental or long vacation stay.

If only I could have stayed longer

Wow! Not only was I super impressed with the decor and liveliness the landlord set up in the apartment, but I was surprised at the great service I received along the way and throughout my stay on Gregory. I have done a lot of traveling and unfortunately, I have not had the best luck with landlords over the years. Very few cared to check up on their services and even fewer did so in a timely manner. From the beginning, Ashley kept me in the loop with all things that had to do with my stay at the apartment. She was very kind to me and when there were things that needed to be fixed, she made sure her employees were there the second they were available. I would definitely recommend this property to inquiring individuals. Make sure to check out the gelato place right down the street! May have gained a few pounds over there, but it was worth it...
