Inside, there is plenty of seating for everyone to connect, spend time together and unwind. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. The private country club yard with its gorgeous mountain views, centers on the fabulous heated, in-ground pool and spa. Around the pool you’ll find a wonderful outdoor living room with an easy to use gas firepit, and a covered dining pavillion with a plumbed barbecue and seating for eight. Poolside lounge chairs, additional cocktail seating, a hammock, and a grassy knoll for volleyball and croquet make this yard a vacation heaven.
Three Amigos Ranch sits on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood just a mile from South Palm Springs where you’ll find fine restaurants, burger joints, sandwich shops, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and art galleries. This home is well-suited for extended weekends, week and month long stays, and as a seasonal rental. Advanced bookings strongly recommended.

Everything was easy, comfortable, clean. The entire group had a great time staying at Three Amigos Ranch. Huge private yard. Great arrival experience. We really felt like locals staying here. Each night we walked down the street to the Buzz stop and took the trolley all over town. Plus very close to The Hacienda. Afternoon pool parties there were great!
Having stayed at this home during the Palm Springs Film festival, it's honestly very difficult for me to imagine a good reason why I would ever want to stay in a hotel again. So much happened at the Three Amigos Home during our stay - films were bought and sold in the hot tub; two women who did not know each other before decided to move in together; countless conversations were had around the fire pit, under the stars; we made delicious mimosas using the orange press; we cooked a gigantic barbecue on the incredible outdoor grill to celebrate all of us being together in magical Palm Springs, celebrating film art and friendship. That weekend, David Bowie made his final ascent into the stars, and we marked the occasion by celebrating his life, watching Bowie movies and music videos on the TV all night long. Three Amigos truly is a place for friends to stay, play and celebrate being alive. Thank you for creating a space where memories like these are born.
This house is so cool. We had guests in town -and needed someplace to put them. Our place just wasn't big enough. They loved Three Amigos Ranch.
Pros: Wonderfully positioned & arranged pool area with beautiful view of mountains; great pool & spa; new, attractive, well laid out; large & comfortable master bedroom & bath, living room & kitchen; private separate casita; good location, very quiet; nicely furnished and equipped.
Cons: pool area not as private as photos suggest, at least in February; pool is small; Internet & HVAC seemed unreliable; master bedroom closet is quite small, which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some
