When we arrived the apartment clearly wasn't cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom counters and in the drain in the tubs. The floors were not vacuumed and all of the counters were black and dusty when you wiped them down. The inside of the toilets are stained brown from not being cleaned. There are also hidden fees they don't tell you about. You have to pay for parking and you have to pay for wireless. With the vrbo fee that I didn't know about and these fees I ended up spending $130 more than what I was planning on spending. The owner is giving me back $45 for the cleaning fee but it still doesn't take away the horrible experience we had when we got there. It took 3 of us an hour to clean the place with two tired kids by our sides. Not a fun way to start your vacation.
