This condo is in an ideal location for many OC destinations, and was the perfect size for our family of three. The space is well-kept and the updated kitchen was great. We loved waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the ocean, and enjoyed staying beachfront.
The building that this condo is in could use a bit of sprucing up. The condo doors were all suffering from a bit of rust, and the elevator's certificate expired nearly a year ago - a major worry, especially for those traveling with kids. The balcony rails are rather far apart, and there were no screens on the bedroom windows, which are major safety hazards for children.
