This is the ideal place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the action. Located right on Main St., Fashion Coalition is perfect for enjoying Park City’s infamous nightlife and skiers couldn’t be happier with the Town Lift only 1 block away. If you are a film buff coming to town for the film festival, this is the ultimate place to stay.

Fashion Coalition #401 is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium with hardwood floors on the main level, granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a duel sided fireplace, enjoyed in the living room as well. The dining room seats 8, though with Park City’s finest restaurants within a few feet, why eat in?

Three of four bedrooms are located on the second floor and have luxurious carpet, ensuring the winter chill stays outside where it belongs. The master has lovely view of Main St., a King sized bed and an attached bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.

Our third year visiting Greg's wonderful home. Park City is our favorite ski mountain, and we couldn't hope for a more beautiful home right next to Town Lift!

Everyone loved this wonderful unit!

We were a party of 10...celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday, from 14 to seniors...this unit was so perfect for all of us. Very comfortable living space, very well equipped , we had a dinner party for 10 catered by Riverhorse, the dinning room table was comfortable for all of us to chat with everyone. The location is just perfect, allowing you to not rent a car...shuttling, walking, Ubering gave us a feeling of independence. We found that each restaurant was better than the next. We will for sure return!

We found an excellant driver from the airport...Euro Transportation...Gambino 385-549-5842 He made many trips to and from airport, making sure he was on time to pick up our group.

Yes we will return!

Great location. Very good property.

This large 4 be unit is located on main street close to restaurants, shopping and only 2 blocks from the town lift and bus stops. One of the best locations in PC. Greg, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The only drawback is that it can be a bit of street noise I the evenings.

Excellent location, and excellent experience

We had to shift our family trip 5 days before the date and Greg made it easy and welcoming.

A few things I wish I knew before we arrived:

While every comment said it was centrally located, I couldn't put it into perspective. It really is the middle of upper Main St and lower Main St.

Every restaurant and shop is within walking distance.

The free bus took us to the slopes, the grocery store and the gym

The people at the management company know nothing about the gym facilities but will get you passes

It snowed every day we were there so we did not rent a car; we either used the bus, walked or Wayne at DayTrips- 800-649-8294 (also to/from airport)

the kitchen had dry condiments so no need for salt/pepper, etc.

the fireplace was wonderful

the Xbox was excellent

need to bring shampoo/conditioner

there is a hair dryer

the restaurants are very expensive- it was almost $500 a night for the 6 of us. moderate amount of alcohol consumed

the master suite is on the first level of the condo and the other rooms are all upstairs

the house manager was very attentive when we needed anything or had any questions

the town lift is very close but you cant use it if you don't have your ski/board equipment

we used Cole Ski rental at Park City and they were very nice. Wayne's sister works there so got a 20% discount

order the lift tickets as soon as you can as they are ridiculously expensive. half day pricing was basically non-existent. I could not find any coupons.

we went snowmobiling with Thousand Peaks- fantastic

went cross country skiing with White Pine - will be writing that off our bucket list

went to Olympic Park and bob sledded- fast!

planned to go ice climbing but it was too windy

husband and daughter went snowshoeing- writing that off the bucket list

We will def come back to Park City again. It was the consummate quaint town with shops, restaurants and easy accessibility. Greg's condo was the perfect centerpiece to our wonderful holiday.

Perfect location!

Perfect location at the bottom of main street. Nice condo with a lot of space. Only issue was getting stuck in the elevator going up to the condo - take the stairs!

Seems like a great ski getaway, but...

Overall, the property is amazing and has a great location on Main St. It is huge and should serve the needs of many renters. Lots of space and affords great opportunities for a fun week in Park City. The drawback is it seems poorly managed at the time - there were missing light bulbs or non-functioning lights in the Master, the pantry was not sufficiently cleaned out prior to our arrival, and the jetted tub downstairs shot out black gunk and a feather when it was turned on. Additionally, the renter must give at least 24 hours notice if they want a pool pass which isn't explicit in the rental agreement. And, finally, if you are bringing a car, there is no problem with parking unless you have a vehicle taller than 7 feet - if so, you must park in a lot 1/2 mile away.

If you are renting for longer than a day or so, then you can likely work out these kinks easily with the property manager.

Owner's Response: Brandon, Thanks for the insight on the 7' parking. This is worth noting. There is other city parking, though, and we would be happy to refund the cost of that parking for future tenants in unusually large vehicles. There is no excuse on the tub; I used it last time I was there, but apparently no one has since. Our property manager will now be running it every few weeks. As far as the gym and pool, based on some of the other questions that Brandon had the day of check in, it was clear that he had not read the page of instructions we provide upon booking. In fact, we bolded, underlined, and put in all caps the note that you must contact in advance for access. Brandon literally called during his drive into town. I'm glad the rest of the experience was positive enough to justify a "good" rating, and hope your next experience is wholly positive. Greg
