For most of the year we live in Hawaii and during that time we rent out our beautiful, comfortable, light and spacious 2 bedroom maisonette, which is available for weekly rental in the heart of charming and picturesque Primrose Hill Village, London. We find that its private and quiet location - whilst having direct access to all that London has to offer - is proving to be a real oasis in buzzing Central London.
Our property is only a minute’s walk from a multitude of charming local shops, gastro-pubs, cafes and restaurants on England’s Lane and Primrose Hill Road. The weekly Organic Farmer’s Market is just a stone’s throw away. The affluent and fashionable neighborhood of Primrose Hill and Hampstead has an impressive historical track record of attracting prominent people in the Sciences, Literature, Arts, Media and Financial Sectors. Residents of this area enjoy the friendly, local shops and restaurants, however just as easily venture out further to enjoy world renowned Opera, Theater, Symphony Concerts, Museums, parks, restaurants and nightlife.
The location is very green and quiet, yet the bus, the Tube (underground) and taxis are all very easily accessible.

We are a professional couple, based in Hawaii. Our family, friends, and business connections take us to London and Europe on a regular basis. Since the trips settled into a regular rhythm, in 2012 we decided to buy a property in London, and make it into a second home. Choosing the area and flat carefully, we then remodeled and furnished it to our taste. There is comfortable furniture in a modern style; art work; excellent appliances; inviting beds… in other words, the comforts of home.
Since we only get to London a few times a year, for a few weeks at a time, we decided to rent it out when not there. Our daughter has her full-time residence in London, close by. She introduces renters to the home, makes sure they are comfortable, and handles any issues promptly.
We take personal cheques, bank transfers and Paypal payments. We will be able to take credit card payments in the near future.

We fell in love with the village feel that the Primrose Hill area has to offer, while also being so close to the parks, and having easy access to our favourite London activities, whether musical, artistic, gastronomic or touristic.
Whether one prefers the Starbucks around the corner, fancies something tasty from the local English bakery, or looks forward to Tea & Scones near the Thames; it can all be enjoyed from here.
All the main attractions are near from this location. Here are a few options:
- Seven minute walk to the famous Primrose Hill Park, which connects directly to Regents Park (which connects to South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Harrods, etc).
- Five minute walk to Swiss Cottage Tube Station (Jubilee Line). Seven minute walk to Belsize Park Station (Northern Line).
- Ten minutes Tube ride to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Square, Covent Garden (National Gallery, Tate Modern, Royal Opera House).
From going shopping in famous Covent Garden, New Bond Street or Westfield (Europe's Largest Luxury shopping Center), to visiting world famous Ballet, Opera and Broadway Shows, everything is just a short walk, tube or taxi ride away. The area boosts a wealth of historically important buildings, has many old statuesque trees, green open spaces, and old Victorian buildings.
This property is one of our homes, and we treat it as such - a special place with all the amenities and comforts that one would like. This means that you will experience an extra level of care, attention to detail and charm during your stay.
Location: Central London at your doorstep.
Tranquil: Get your well needed rest after exploring all London has to offer in the quiet, friendly neighborhood of Primrose Hill.
We stayed at the Primrose Hill flat for five nights in early June 2016. We found the advertised description of the flat and amenities to be reflective of what we encountered upon arrival. The flat is two levels with the bedroom and bathroom(s) upstairs and the flat entry, kitchen and living room downstairs. From street level, you enter the foyer through the building's locked front door and then climb two floors (four flights of stairs) and access the flat from an outside walkway - something to consider if you have several suitcases. We were very busy each day in the neighbourhood or walking to Regent's Park or Camden Town or tubing to London. The location was excellent with short walking access to Belsize Park, Chalk Farm and Swiss Cottage tube stations. On our first evening after arriving we walked to Primrose Hill which has an amazing view of the London skyline. This really helped orient us for our outings the next number of days. Many locals were at the park that evening enjoying the views and having a picnic or glass of wine. We had breakfast in and when not having dinner out in London we tried several restaurants near to the flat - on Primrose Hill Road and Regent's Park Road. There is a small TESCO Express nearby for groceries and drinks. and it is open late. The Starbucks was handy too and busy on weekday mornings with people on the way to work or families on the way to school. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe and everyone we chatted with were very friendly and helpful. We particularly wish to thank Anouk for her communication before arriving and upon our arrival as our flight was late arriving and we got caught up in bad traffic. Through a few phone calls and texts, we figured out a creative plan to have the keys safely passed on to us so we could access the flat. We would love to return another time and hope this flat will be available for our consideration. We would highly recommend it.

The apartment was terrific. We loved having the bedrooms separate from the common living areas. The linens/towels were high quality and plentiful! In addition, the kitchen had some staples (salt, pepper, oil etc) that make it just that much nicer to stay. We will definitely stay again.
This is a lovely flat with two bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a fairly large living room, in an appealing neighborhood near Primrose Hill. We enjoyed staying here very much. Although we were out and about much of the time, it was a great retreat and we made breakfast here most mornings, and dinner on two or three evenings of a 7-night stay. I really like the neighborhood, which is near the flat where I've stayed before (in Belsize Park). There are stores and shops nearby, and it is fairly quiet for London, a tree lined street -- very nice all around! I would certainly stay here again on another trip to London. Anouk answered our questions and was helpful; I recommend this rental to others without hesitations of any kind.
This is a lovely simple apartment in a great neighborhood. It's conveniently located close to the tube station (a few blocks away) so makes a great home base for exploring the city. We loved it (2 adults and 2 kids 11 and 6). We'll be back some day!
This flat is large and clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay,
It is located near the underground station Chalk Farm we always used to get to the city very fast.
Nearby there is a shop and a nice pub.
We recommend this flat.
We had a perfect three-day stay at Anouk's maisonette. It was a centrally located spot. Camden Lock, Hampstead and Chalk Farm all a short walk away. We were close to two tube stations and many shops, restaurants and pubs. The two-bedròmed maisonette was cozy and warm with plenty of towels etc. One little point is that there are quite a few steps to the front door if you have lots of heavy luggage like we had. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
