Apartment in a building dating from 1800 completely renovated Haussmann style with a double code. Located in the famous Golden Triangle, right by the Arc de Triomphe and from to the world most beautiful avenue : the famous Champs Elysées.

You are also just 10 min walk from the official Airport shuttle stop. The shuttles are operated by Air France, but open to all travelers whatever their flying company is.

This recently renovated apartment is a luxury and comfortable flat. It features a large living room, a bedroom, a full bathroom , a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room as well as separate toilets.

Our apartment will make you feel at home.

This one-bedroom apartment has the privacy of two bedrooms. Living room door closes and occupants of each room have access to separate toilet, without disturbing the other.

The bedroom has queen size bed (that can be split into 2 single beds)equipped with a big cupboard dressing room , two widescreen TV LED 40 'flat ,with an attached full bathroom.

The living room is spacious with a high-end sofa bed (sleeping daily), equipped with a widescreen TV LED 42 'flat, iPods, CD Hifi, DVD player, telephone and a free WiFi connection.

The fully equipped kitchen offers a complete set of kitchen utensils and has all the equipment you might need to make meals: oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing dishwasher and washer

The modern bathroom features a large bathtub with wall-mounted shower handle and a toilet.

Why The Owner chose 8th Arrondissement Champs Elysees

The Champs-Elysées, located in the 8th district, is one of the most famous avenues in the toe world! worth a visit if you come to Paris. Over the Christmas season or on July 14th ( the French national holiday): the beautiful avenue puts on a festive! .... The avenue caters to everyone with fast-food joints and chain stores to luxury eateries like Ladurée. There are cinemas, discotheques and bars galore. In the extremity of the Champs-Elysées stands the imposing Arc de Triomphe (built from 1808 to 1835 on the orders of Napoleon). Climb to the top for an incredible view of the Etoile (star) of avenues below, circling the Arc de Triomphe. At the other end of the Champs, the beautifully restored Grand Palais hosts some of the city's most splendid art exhibitions. Across the street, the permanent art collection is free at the Petit Palais. The Asian art collection at the Musée Guimet ( Métro Iéna : L9) is well worth a visit.....

Not Our Favorite

My husband and I have been using vrbo/home away for several years for vacation rentals and have never been disappointed until now. Knowing that we were coming to Paris in the heat of summer, we searched only for apartments that were listed with air conditioning and booked Pascale's apartment without question. This apartment is listed as having air conditioning but sadly does not. The week we were there was very hot and we only had a fan to help cool the apartment. Also, The apartment opens into a courtyard and causes loud echoing of talking, television or any activity. So apparently a neighbor complained that our fan was too loud at night so we were up instructed to keep the windows closed when running the fan causing the apartment to be incredibly hot and unsatisfactory as to what was advertised.

Outside of this issue, the apartment is adequate and pretty much the same as the photos show on the website. It was also very clean without any odors. There is an elementary school for young children next door which causes a lot of noise in the courtyard area during the daytime when school is in session. But if you come during the cool season and can keep the windows closed, it will be perfectly fine.

Owner's Response: We live in the apartment regularly all year long…, having 5 larges windows (1 in every room) which open on 2 different courtyards, our apartment has a very good natural ventilation, same also when there is no wind. However, to satisfy our guests, the apartment is equipped with 2 fans and not 1 ! and of a mobile air conditioning in period of strong heat = heat wave (What was not the case during your stay). Sorry if the various sites of HomeAway do not resume all the detail in the announcement. An apartment on flowery courtyards, in 2 steps Champs-Elysées, is a rare privilege in Paris, appreciated by our guests. The life in Paris is not as a house in the countryside, there are life's rules in co-ownerships for the well-being of each … Bonne continuation

Wonderful Apartment in a Phenomenal Location!

My wife, two daughters, and I decided to use VRBO because a close friend of mine recommended the site to us. I am so glad that he did because Pascale's apartment certainly did not disappoint. The amenities and layout of the apartment were just as described in the photos. Additionally, Pascale was a wonderful host who took exceptional care of the particular needs of my family and bent over backwards to ensure that my family's stay in Paris was comfortable and memorable. The apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure. She had a book that was well organized and contained a listing of bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

The apartment was in an exceptional location and it took about 3 minutes to walk to the Champs-Elysees. Metro stations and bus stops were conveniently located and it was very easy to maneuver throughout the City of Lights from her apartment. My wife really loved her stay in Paris and my 12 and 10 year old daughters had a great time relaxing in the apartment after our long days exploring the many wonderful sites of Paris.

Pascale made sure that she provided all of the necessary lease agreements and travel instructions leading up to our stay at her apartment. After booking the apartment, you have to sign a temporary lease agreement and send proof of identification to her. Additionally, a refundable cash deposit is required upon arriving at her apartment. Nevertheless, we received the deposit back about five days after returning to the U.S. To sum it up, I would have no reservations recommending this apartment to other family members or renting this property again.

Owners were charming and accommodating. The flat is comfortable, well maintained and immaculate.Building is very secure; close to museums, yet in an extremely quiet local. Tastefully decorated with all amenities of home. Our family would most definitely give this flat the highest ranking for value, location, comfort and cleanliness! Fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay. We were mere blocks from the Champs Elysees between the Metro stations Etoille and Clemenceau. The host met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of restaurants, so much shopping, great grocery options. Pascale had already sent us information about the neighborhood and recommended Le Parc Monceau located within walking distance. It was totally charming. We fully recommend this apartment since we had such a lovely time.

The best in most respects

The property manager is unquestionably the most thorough, detailed and precise we've ever encountered. Communication was continuous and complete; absolutely no doubts about what is expected and required. Underground parking is available, albiet to Euro-scale-super-tight and a ground guide is a requirement to get in and out without scraping.

The apartment was as described in every respect and the location is in one of the most upscale in Paris. Very quiet, as it faces an inner courtyard. Four block walk to two different metro lines. Phone to call free most anywhere in the world, fast WiFi and TV in living and bed rooms. Completely equipped modern kitchen.

Some minor points of which one should be aware.

1. There are three doors with keypads to be traversed to reach the apartment door. Secure, yes, but not easy to run out to the corner bakery.

2. For longer stays, bring your own laundry and dishwasher tablets, as only one of each is furnished.

3. Once the apartment is booked and paid for through VRBO, the manager requires a hard copy signed contract in advance and an additional 10% in cash payable upon arrival.

4. The room temperature is not adjustable by any means we could discern and on damp mornings may be a bit economical for some tender sorts.

Owner's Response: it was a pleasure to meet you and we hope to see you again on a next stay Further information : 2- for a week, 2 bath towels are supplied for every guest and are renewed every week for longer stays, same thing for dishwasher tablets. If needed we can supply more on demand. 3-the signed contract and your identity cards are required when the reservation is made. In your case it was at your arrival because it wasn't provided before. The amount paid upon your arrival corresponded to what is specified in the announcement and in the contract in which you had knowledge before your reservation. (as the option parking , the access of which is planned for any standard vehicles but more complicated for the very big berline I'm totaly agree with you). 4-the heating of our building is collective (Started this year on October 13th). The temperature of the apartment is adjustable as soon it's up.

Stylish comfort in Paris

The apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable and very convenient to Champs Élysées and a metro connection. The extra 1/2 bath was a plus! Loved the modern kitchen (even though we never ate there). Too many great restaurants and boulangeries within walking distance. Croissants at Angelique's was a favorite. Pascale sent us much information before our trip and provided a binder and books that answered any questions we had. We would never think of staying anywhere else in Paris!
