Charming Old Town home in the heart of Key West. Located on Southard Street just steps from Duval's many restaurants and bars. You are in walking distance to museums, shopping, and Fort Zachary Taylor beach. Relax on the front porch and watch the people walk by while sipping a cocktail or reading a book.


This home has a beautiful, large master suite just off the front porch with an adjoining spacious bath that offers a shower/tub combo and a hanging closet. Although the room is surrounded by windows that fills the room with soft, natural light, there are also blinds that offer privacy and shade for guests. There is a flat screen and dresser for your convenience. An office space is located down the hallway on your way to the quaint living room with open vaulted ceilings.

Walk up the spiral staircase to find 2 twins beds in a quiet loft, that can convert to a king, overlooking the kitchen and sitting area which has a pull out couch for two additional guests. The updated private guest bathroom is located just off the renovated kitchen with a breakfast bar for 3, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The guest room has a queen size bed with a hanging closet, luggage rack, flat screen and a dresser.


French doors open to the private 40' heated pool with a back deck and two lounge chairs where you can spend the day in peace and quiet under the tropical landscaping. The back deck also has a grill and table that are ideal for dining Al Fresco. Your best friend can enjoy the fully fenced yard in this pet friendly home as well.

Great house with excellent location!

Good sized pool for key west! House was super clean and great staff to take care of us. The upstairs loft is a little low for tall people. Better for kids. Would have no problem suggesting this house to others!

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation!!

This house was perfect in all aspects! It was within walking distance to all the things to do in downtown Key West. My husband and I had our two grown children and their spouses with us and there was plenty of room. The property description and pictures were just like they showed. The place was clean and comfortable!

We especially liked the Fury Sunset cruise!

I would come back to this house and recommend it to others!!

This house is set up perfectly for a rental. We had everything we needed for our stay. It's very clean and just beautiful. Even the pool was great. The two beds or king once put together upstairs has little to no privacy as it is in a loft area, but we put two children up there and they had no trouble with it at all. Four adults were extremely comfortable in the downstairs rooms and we just partied outside by the pool so the kids could easily sleep earlier. We were so impressed with the ease of finding space for everything we brought, right down to a cup to hold toothbrushes in the bathroom! Everything was thought of. Finally, working with the property manager was SO easy and communication was great. We had two packages overnighted to us and they even brought them to our house so we didn't have to take time out of our fun day. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering renting it.

Everything we imagined and way more!!

My husband, 2 dogs, and I came to Key West for our honeymoon and it was beyond amazing! The home was even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed!

The pool is beyond amazing!! We spent most of our days in there, as it was very relaxing and private. I even loved doing laundry in the outside, but covered, laundry area.

The home is in a perfect location, just down the street from Duval Street, but far away enough to be away from the noise when you want to relax. We spent a lot of time on the adorable front porch and watched the people go by. Our dogs loved it too!

Working with everyone from the management company was wonderful! They answered all of my questions and even allowed us to stay an extra day because we never wanted to leave. They were very accommodating and beyond friendly.

I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect location, a beautiful home with a pool, and an awesome management company. We will definitely be back!!

Thank you for the use of your home! Sadly, since we have been home, our dog Roland (Ro) passed away in March. This will forever be a vacation close to our hearts. Not only because it was our honeymoon, but because it was our last family vacation with Ro alive. ❤

Nice house, great location

Nice house for 2 couples. On bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom utilizes the bathroom that opens into the kitchen. There is also a loft space bedroom that we did not use. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, which was great as we got a lot of fresh seafood at the Eaton St. Seafood Market which is a short walk from the house.

The outdoor area is very nice and private. Unfortunately there were a number of discarded cigarette butts and some broken glass around the perimeter of the pool.

The location is fantastic. You are a short walk to Duval St. and to Fausto's Food Palace - a great local grocery store - as well as a couple of "off the main drag" restaurants.

Owner's Response: Dear Guest, First let me say we are terribly upset to hear you encountered the cigarette butts and broken glass by the pool! Our property managers spend a great deal of time at each house inspecting and ensuring the home is in ship shape for our guests. However, they do not find all the issues every time and apologize for this occurrence during your stay. We will pay close attention to the pool grounds to ensure this does not occur again! Cigarettes butts are gross but the glass is a hazard so we are just relieved to hear no one was hurt! In the future, we ask that when guest find something not up to standard, like this situation, to please reach out to their property manager and/ or our office so we may have the opportunity to remedy the situation. This is what we are here for and we are more than happy to pop on over to the rental and fix anything necessary! We are thrilled you enjoyed the home and location otherwise! We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.

We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.
