What a great condo, clean, quiet with lots of room for our family of 4. It is just minutes away from both Lincoln Peak base and Mt Ellen base and while we didn't get the best ski conditions at Sugarbush we will be back when there is more snow and would definitely book here again.
Great place to stay. Great location. Went for bicycling but will definitely keep this place in mind for ski season!! Had everything we needed to make a few meals and to hang out. Sleep number bed was fabulous!!
The family loved our stay at this very roomy condo. This area of Vermont is absolutely breathtaking. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable with loads of options for entertainment, inside and out. Great restaurants just short drive away.
This cozy condo was tucked out of the way at the condo complex, which made it feel really private. The grounds were beautiful, and the condo was just lovely AND meticulously clean The beautiful master bedroom has a little balcony with table and chairs which I used extensively, and the view from there was great. I found the queen mattress uncomfortably squishy and moved to what I affectionately call the 'cozy nest", which is the full size bed nestled into the landing. The mattress was perfect for me and I loved nestling into that space, though I wish the light were available at the HEAD rather than the FOOT of the bed. The galley kitchen is modern and efficient. I wished for a bigger skillet for cooking bacon and large amounts of local kale (the Waitsfield Farmer's Market is truly my favorite one ever!), but other than that, the kitchen came with everything you need, including a dishwasher. On Saturday evening, our dinner guest was an Interior Designer with some pretty big name clients, and he loved the place, resolving to stay in a VRBO for next year's Green Mountain Stage Race, instead of a hotel room. The Sweet Spot had amazingly delicious coffee and tea, as well as treats, ice cream and frittata. The health food store whose name I forget has lots of gluten free baked good, a plus for me, and there are darling shops with antiques and art right by the quaint covered bridge.
We just returned home from a few days in the Mad River Valley and absolutely loved our visit! It was our first time in Vermont and we felt as though we found the perfect place to stay to experience all that it has to offer. The surrounding towns as well as Burlington were awesome to explore and we even managed to get in a swim in one of the areas beautiful swimming holes....so fun! The condo is clean, comfortable and well appointed with all of the things you need to feel at home. We would absolutely book this location in the future and will recommend it to any friends who are traveling to this area. Loved it!
We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Our only complaint (and this is a small one) was in regards to operating the TV. After we arrived, on our first evening, we chose to watch the summer Olympic games. However, we were unable to (through lack of understanding on our part or because there was no tv connection) locate the TV mode. We called the number provided to us and left a message asking for help. Unfortunately, no one returned our call throughout our stay. While this in no way spoiled our vacation, it would had been nice to watch the Olympics.
