The listing fits 3 people comfortably. The bedroom offers a queen bed. These is also a couch in the living room for 1 adult. But it is not the pull out.The bed room has an air conditioner. The furniture in the pictures are slightly different than in reality but it is very nice too. As a welcome gift we offer a bottle of wine and fresh flowers .We live close by and we always available to help and answers any questions. Brookline offers a mixture of city and suburban living minutes from Downtown. It is often called a 'City Paradise'. It is nice, green, and quiet. There is a wonderful neighborhood feel with variety of local independent shops and some of the best restaurants in the Boston area. The Washington Square together with Coolige Corner are the biggest attractions in Brookline. Washington square became metro Boston's favored Restaurant row: Ribelle-Italian, Barcelona-Spanish, Rod Dee-Thai, Tavern-American, Public House-Belgian, and many others. There are also supermarkets within walking distance-Star Market, Whole Food, and Trader Joe. The walk to Coolige Corner will take around fifteen minutes and less than five minutes on train or car. There is a large and beautiful park just fifty yards from the building with plenty playgrounds, tennis courts, etc. It is easy to get around, just jump on C or D green line and you are in Boston! Direct trip to Longwood Medical Area, museums like MFA, Science Museum,Children Museum. All the major Universities, including BC and BU, MIT, Harvard, Emerson, Mass.Institute of Arts and others. If you take train the other direction, you will get to suburbs. Trains stops are very close by. Just two minutes walk to C line, and even less to D line. Please do not forget: we offer parking space. So if you are going to use a car, it is just a three miles to drive to the Center of Boston .

About Marina Rozovsky

Originally from Europe, now I live in Brookline Massachusetts with my husband and 2 children. I believe that if you visit the Boston area, Brookline is the best place to stay.

Marina Rozovsky purchased this apartment in 2014

Why Marina Rozovsky chose Greater Boston

The place I offer to you was recently bought and completely remodeled for my daughter. But she moved to another town, and therefore the apartment is vacant.

What makes this apartment unique

Being in love with arts and also being very familiar with the city,i would love to share any advice with you on Brookline's and Boston's best attractions. Museums, theaters, restaurants, etc.

Great location!!!

  • 5 of 5

This was the second time we rented this apartment. It is close to the C and D line into Boston, walking distance to some good restaurants, grocery shopping, parks, CVS and Dunkin Donuts! If you have a car, there is a parking spot for this apartment and in Boston, parking is premium!

Marina, promptly returned any inquiries or calls. If you need anything she lives close by and is always willing to take care of your needs.

The apartment is clean, newly remodeled and in a nice area. Our only recommendation is to consider replacing the living room furniture as it is not the furniture pictured in the ad and is lacking in comfort and has been well utilized.

Convenient and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

This was a great location, right next to a green line T stop and within a few blocks of a grocery store and several neighborhood restaurants. Although the bedroom overlooked the T-stop, the noise from the trains wasn't bad and the property was clean and well-maintained. The owner met us promptly on arrival. I'd recommend this property to others and would consider staying here again since it was so convenient to public transportation.

great Brookline walkable location w off street parking

  • 4 of 5

Host was lovely. Met us promptly & flexible w dates as we had some mis-communications within our family. This one bedroom was perfect for my Husband and I while in Boston for our daughter's graduation from B.U.. WITH onsite, off street parking we were able to leave our car there for the entire visit.

We did use the fan setting on the air conditioning unit as we had not anticipated the noise from the nearby train station.

The pillows were not up to my standards but I do admit to being fussy and traveling with my own pillows. The apartment was clean and well-equipped though we did not cook or eat there as my daughter lives less than a mile away.

Brookline Condo

  • 5 of 5

This property was exactly as described! A perfect location! My daughter ran in the Boston Marsthon and this location was perfect. A block fro the green line - which is easy to navigate. And a block from Beacon street which is about mile marker 23 of the marathon. The condo was great! Very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for meals. We loved it and next time in Boston would stay here. The owners were great. Responded to emails in a very timely basis. A good resource for how to get around Boston. I would highly recommend this property!

Fully enjoyed everything this rental had!

- Location in Brookline was in the same building complex as our friends that our family were visiting.

- Price, amenities, and square footage were great compared to staying at a hotel

- Park for our daughter right across the street

- Train stop right behind the building

- Short walk to market and awesome restaurants

- Parking was included

Our family now has the perfect place to stay whenever this rental is available when we come up to Boston. Perfect, perfect, perfect....

Enjoyable Apartment Stay in this Trendy Boston Neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this Brookline apartment for a week to attend a family wedding and to visit with relatives and friends. This lovely apartment is on the second floor of a 3-story brick complex in a nice, tree-lined neighborhood with trendy Beacon Street, cafes, restaurants, and shopping a short walk away. The homes in this neighborhood are beautiful and there is a public park just steps from the complex.

We appreciated that this rental comes with an assigned parking space since parking in this area is sparse and overnight on-street parking is prohibited.

Marina was there to welcome us and to give us a tour. There were fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of wine for us in the kitchen! She was helpful but not intrusive and was just a quick phone call away if we needed anything.

The apartment is bright and clean. There are 2 entrances; the entrance to the back parking lot and the entrance to the front. We felt very safe and secure and the other tenants were quiet. The living room has a large window overlooking the street with a sofa, television and two chairs. The modern kitchen has all the basics and has been upgraded with stainless appliances, tile flooring and granite counter tops. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen sized bed, nightstands, bureau, floor length mirror and two chairs. Closet space was ample. The bathroom is very tiny but served the purpose.

Although we now live in the Southwest, we lived for many years in New England but have not visited there in a long time. Staying in this apartment, we felt like we were young professionals again, just starting out and living in the city! We walked to Starbucks most mornings and enjoyed the beautiful architecture of the buildings. The public transit system (The "T") had a station just in back of the apartment building. We thought that we might be disturbed by the sound, but it didn't bother our sleep and we felt like it was part of the whole Boston apartment-living vibe!

A couple of things to note:

This complex does not have an elevator; just stairs. If you have trouble climbing stairs, or if you think you'll have trouble taking large suitcases up 2 flights of stairs, this apartment may not work for you.

The furnishings pictured in the living room in the online property description are not the same as the actual furniture currently in the apartment. It was still comfortable, but different.

This was a perfect place to hang our hats for a week and we wouldn't hesitate to return!
