Nice home. Excellent bedrooms and updated bathrooms. Living area is great. Kitchen could use a dishwaser and updated cabinets.
The house is super nice on the inside. Would have loved our stay if we could have had at least one decent night stay out of the 3 nights we stayed there. There is construction going on behind the house and the noise goes on until midnight or later. The neighbors are loud and woke us up all three nights we stayed. We were also given the wrong password to log on for use of the Internet service. No help offered when we told them of noise and Internet problem. Again, loved the house on inside, but if sleep is needed, would not suggest staying at this house.
Thank you for allowing us to rent your home for parents weekend (TCU vs. Tech). It was in a very convent location, lots of parking without having to park in street, and plenty of room for all of us. Lubbock does not have many vacation rentals and the hotels sell out quickly, so thank you for having your home available to rent. We will rent again in the future.
Stayed in Lubbock for two days so note that this was a quick stay.
1.There was a lot of trash shoved under the bed.
2. Several light bulbs weren't working.
3. Dead cockroach in closet.
4. Bathroom towels were scarce.
5. Air Conditioner was Great!
We rented this as a large family for graduation. The property is spacious with plenty of parking and close to campus. Lovely home. Thanks for having us.
We rented this house for our son's graduation. The house worked well for the 7 of us. In talking with the owner, Robert, we mentioned we needed more outdoor seating and an ice chest. Within a few minutes, these items were delivered to the house. Since it is an older home, the kitchen is small, allowing only one or two people at a time. We just ordered BBQ from Rudy's.
The large front porch and port a cache made for a nice gathering area for the after graduation party.
We noticed the stream of homeless people near the Broadway Church of Christ mission, but they did not bother us. The security system made us feel secure.
This would be a great house to rent during football season!
