Condo, extra clean unit with private balcony, and all the upgrades. Upgraded regularly, new couches and mattresses. This third floor unit looks over Gulf Blvd and onto the beaches. Beach access directly across the street, and only 2 blocks from John's Pass. Close to restaurants, shopping, fishing, pirate ship, dolphin watch cruise and of course, just across the street from the beautiful beaches!

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you would need in a kitchen, including a blender to make a refreshing Daquari. The Kitchen has a table for four, breakfast bar with two stools. The Kitchen opens directly into the livingroom, which has a 42' LED TV mounted on the wall, blue-ray player, maple hardwood floors, two couches and overhead fan. The sliding glass door opens to the private balcony that has two chairs and a table. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf!

The master bedroom has a new Sealy queen bed, large closet, 32' flatscreen TV, sitting area, overhead fan, maple hardwood floors, IHome alarm clock with Iphone charger, and en-suite bathroom with granite counter tops, bath and shower. The master has three large window with views of the Gulf from your bed!

The second bedroom is smaller, but also has a new queen bed, side table and smaller closet. This bedroom does not have a window. Perfect for kids or guests that don't like sleeping on a pull out bed often found in second bedrooms. For those of you who do miss the pull out, there is one in the living room that will sleep two more.

The second bathroom is located across the hall, also has granite countertops and has a large walk in shower. Full washer and dryer is located in the closet in the hallway.

Sit poolside and enjoy the sun. Take a dip in the heated pool or get a bit warmer in the hot tub. The pool overlooks the marina where you can rent a slip for your own boat, or choose from one of the many charter boats for a fishing trip you will never forget. Jet skis and kayaks are also available.

This unit is managed by me and my wife, who live locally, and not by the on site rental agency. This translates into significant savings as the savings are passed on to the renter. This unit is intended for three day rentals or longer as daily rentals are much harder on the units. We pride ourselves on providing an accurate description of the unit, providing you with a clean and comfortable home away from home, with all the benefits we enjoy when we go on vacation. Longer stays have regular cleaning services included.

Great Choice For The Ladies Weekend

This condo lived up to the depiction on the website. A few small things were wrong but the owner was there to fix in just a couple of hours. The location cannot be better and everything was in walking distance. The only negative is that the palm trees have grown up and when you sit on the balcony you cannot see past them. But that is not the owners fault ! We will happily return again in the future.

Nice Getaway!

We stayed here last year and came back...this year was even better. It is perfect for us. The condo is in a good location, with a pool overlooking a beautiful harbor. The condo is nicely furnished and clean. It have everything we needed. The price was reasonable. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo, again!

Very Nice, Everything We Had Hoped For......And More!!!

The location of this condo was perfect! Right across the street from the beach and a few minutes walk to John's Pass, which we went to every night. The condo itself was immaculate. When we first walked in, we were very impressed. Modern updates throughout such as tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, new love seat and sleeper sofa in the living room (which my kids chose to sleep in most of the time since there wasn't a TV in the 2nd bedroom), big screen TV on the wall and all very clean. The master suite was very large with its own separate full bath. There is another large full bath in the hall, right across from the 2nd bedroom, which I was anticipating being much smaller than it actually was, plus a washer/dryer combo in between. The balcony was nice although the trees did somewhat obscure the view. There was plenty of room for our family of four and our small dog. We didn't have any issues at all with the condo the entire time we were there. We had a parking spot every night and the pool was never crowded. Plenty of dining, shopping, ice cream and activities right down the street. I walked a different direction every morning when taking the dog for a walk exploring the entire area. We will definitely stay here again when we head down to the Gulf.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, modern, convenient to everything, plenty of everything you need for meals at home, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids on our trips to the beach. There are even a few dog beaches withing driving distance where we took our dog (I recommend Honeymoon Island, despite the long walk from the lot to the beach)

Cons: (This is really getting nit picky, as I don't think the owners have any control over them) The walls were pretty thin and could definitely hear the road noise right outside, but it never interrupted my sleep. The construction going on right across the street did however come pretty early around 7AM each day with the beeping of equipment and hammering. The water pressure in the master shower was very forceful, especially when getting in the shower the next day after getting a nice burn at the beach.

All in all, this property is 5 out of 5 stars. The Cons came only from digging deep trying to find something negative at all. The Pros far outweigh anything else. We have stayed at quite a few places on VRBO and this last one was definitely the cream of the crop. For the amenities you get here for the price, this place is a steal!!!!

Fantastic Location for a Beach Getaway

Our family enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It was very clean, and looked like the photos. The master bedroom was large and the mattress was comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and supplies which made cooking at the condo easy. The condo wasn't particularly large, but our family of 3 was comfortable.

The covered parking was awesome, especially since it rained a couple days. This condo is only a short 5 minute walk to Johns Pass, and it has easy beach access directly across the street.

There was a lot of construction going on (it looks like they're building a large condo building across the street) and the walls are thin so you hear everything. We heard our upstairs neighbors conversations almost like they were in the next room. The pool area left a lot to be desired as it's located in a parking lot by the main road, and doesn't offer much privacy or relaxation.

We were glad we chose this location and look forward to returning again for a future beach trip.

The condo was tastefully decorated, however, upon our arrival I became aware of construction noise.

Loud noise, some clientele that may have been involved in construction across the street. The TV in main area didn't work upon arrival, but owner came and fixed it. Was responsive, and came and fixed TV. Hallways had floor discoloration leading to individual condos. Pool wasn't locked as stated. One guy rode in on a scooter, took a dip, and moved on. Not a do again for me personally. Beach was nice and water not choppy. Nice gradual decline in depth.

Owner's Response: We are glad you enjoyed the beach and your vacation. There is a building boom up and down most of the beaches as the economy is so good, and noise is normally only during business hours. Unfortunately some noise does come with upgrading and expanding our beaches for the future. With any rental some things do break and we pride ourselves on fixing things as soon as possible. There is regular upgrading from the condo association and things like common areas are upgraded routinely, carpets get particularly high traffic and the third floor is next for this upgrade. I checked with maintenance and the pool lock does work and I do not know what happened that particular day. We do feel like the value that we provide with this unit is exceptional, as our cost is similar to hotels inland, and much lower than the management website. We strive to get five star reviews from all our guest but some guests with champagne taste on beer budgets can not see past minor issues. There is more privacy and less noise beachfront, unfortunately this comes at a price 2 or 3 times more than what we offer. We hope next time you find a place that fits your needs better as we always want people to come back and enjoy our beaches.
