We are close to downtown without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You will feel right at home here folks! Parents can relax and kids can play.
This is a great unit kitty corner from the Phoenix County Club, across the street! Great Historic area of Phoenix and close to downtown. This getaway has a private rear patio, another patio in front, a two car garage, and very close to the community pool! You will have all the amenities you need if you should decide to stay inside. BBQ, High speed private WIFI internet, HD cable, and telephone. We are also close to the light rail and bus stops should you not have a car during your stay. But if you drive we are also located very close to highway 51 access. Did I mention 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport?? So come on and enjoy some sun! We would love to have you. We are also located within 5 minutes from the Phoenix Children's hospital and the Barrow Neurological Institute.
The neighborhood is quiet, and the views are nice. From the two spare rooms you can view Squaw Peak, a nice place to hike I might add. Great restaurants are close by, and then hop the bus or light rail to down town for some nightlife.
You will feel right at home here folks! Parents can relax and kids can play.

You have access to entire unit, private garage, and the community pool. If garage door openers are lost or not returned there will be an additional $100.00 charge for replacement.

I grew up in North Dakota. Lived in Phoenix for several years before heading back to my home state to work in a more lucrative industry. I still hold some roots in Phoenix and get back there when ever I can.

This is one of 3 properties I own in Phoenix. All have their own individual charm. This one is ideal for a little bit larger families that require 3 bedrooms. That being said, it is just as comfortable for anyone else who is looking to come to the valley for a stay.

Well appointed townhouse in a very central location.
This property was perfect for our group of four adults and an infant. Phoenix is a drive everywhere kind of place so having a legitimate two car garage was a huge plus. We had a seven passenger SUV that fit with no issues. You drive right in with the supplied remote and you are just a few steps across a nice patio (with BBQ!) to the back door.
Don’t be fooled by the relatively bland exterior (typical of Arizona), the inside is very nicely renovated. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean on check in with ample bedding and towls. Beds were supremely comfortable with a king size bed in the spacious master. There is a vanity with a sink in the master, one full bath up, and a two piece bathroom down stairs. The kitchen has a large fridge and everything you need to cook.
Some revirmews mentioned the street noise out front, but we found it to be a non issue. There is a Main Street out front, but it was pretty quiet at night but busy during the day. It did not impact our sleep at all.
Overall this property is a great value and very central. Definitely booking again when we come back to Phoenix.
We were 4 ladies escaping the Toronto weather for the month of February. This townhouse was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It had ample comfortable seating and the kitchen was modern and well supplied. The owner was responsive and available to us. This is a convenient location and close to highways. You do need a car to get around as Phoenix is very spread out. GPS was a godsend. We would definitely recommend this property.
We loved this house!
We were in Phoenix for the Charles Schwab Cup Classic golf tournament, and the location of this home was perfect. The owner was very personable and accommodating. And, the home was clean, newly renovated, and adorably decorated! We can’t wait to stay here again next year!

The only negative to this property is the street noise, as it fronts a very busy street.
We are located in an urban setting in Central Phoenix. There is traffic in urban areas more so than in the suburbs. Guests choose to stay with us for location and access to amenities. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it.

Lost Keys will Be a $50 fee for replacement. Not turned in keys will have a $150 fee for lock change and new keys. Execution of booking shall be deemed a valid signature for house rules and our rental agreement. We reserve the right to do a non-judicial lock out of any tenant who refuses to check out at the end of the agreed rental period. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, nor responsible for the losses and/or damages of personal belongings or valuables. All Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premise or others whom they invite to use the premise, including but not limited to injury or loss of life due to acts of god, wildlife, weather, or use of bikes, tools, or other facilities on the property.
