Home and neighborhood was built new in 2006. It was lived in for a very short time before it became bank owned. We purchased the home from the bank in 2010 and immediately performed an extensive upgrade to the home. The upgrades include Hardwood maple flooring, custom ceramic tile throughout, oak and rod iron stair case, upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and much more.
It is in a very secure and safe neighborhood. It has two separate gated entryways. The neighborhood has four separate lakes which are full of fish including large mouth bass.
The house is located on the end of one of the lakes, which provides a long lake view of clubhouse and fountain. It has a two stall attached garage and a screened in lani. The lani comes with a commercial series stainless steel grill.
The home is ready for move in, just pack your clothes.

We chose to buy a vacation home in this particular area because it seemed to have everything to offer. We are very close to the beach but just far enough away that you dont get caught in the congestion every time you would like to go somewhere.
