Beautifully furnished penthouse apartment in an old prewar building with two small terraces overlooking the street. Has views of surrounding French style buildings. Located across the street from the Algodon boutique hotel and just a block away from the Hyatt(Duhau Palace), just four blocks away from the Recoleta cemetery and the famed Pilar church and three blocks from the luxurious Patio Bullrich shopping mall. Many chic stores, restaurants and cafes surround it.
The flat offers a living dining area with sliding doors to the two terraces. a library adjacent to the living area overlooking one of the terraces, with a sofa bed that can sleep one.
The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, and abundant closet space.
The dining table sits four and can accommodate up to six people
It has a full kitchen and a full second bathroom.
The apartment is on the 7th floor with high ceilings, beautiful wooden doors and plenty of sunlight.
Montevideo Street is one of the most elegant streets in the Recoleta neighborhood and has no buses running on it, which makes it a quiet street less affected by the city noise.
Recoleta is one of the most exclusive areas of Buenos Aires, with history and charm. The architecture is to a large degree French style with many prewar buildings and some nineteenth century palaces. In Alvear Street just a block away are some of the city’s most famed buildings such as the Vatican Embassy, the French and Brazilian Embassies and the Palacio Duhau and the Alvear hotel.
At a walking distance there are many parks and squares, such as Plaza Francia and museums.

This property is in a prewar building with lots of charm. It has beautiful oak floors, high ceilings and best of all two small terraces and open views. There is light all day and it is very quiet.
