The charm continues in the relaxing Master Bedroom with a pillow top King Bed, while the Second Bedroom features its own bathroom plus a Queen and a Twin Bed (a winning combination for two couples travelling together). With its sleep sofa in the Great Room, we comfortably accommodate 6 people. Bathrooms are sparkling clean with walk-in shower.
2nd floor location provides great views to the beach, pool and courtyard and convenience to the beach & our heated swimming pool at Loggerhead Cay.

Great beach house with excellent access to everything

Loggerhead Cay is conveniently located, has great beach access and a nice pool. I've stayed at these condos before and this was the cleanest unit I've been in. The bikes are a bonus and great for getting around on the island - bring bike lights if you want to ride at night! The condo owner was very responsive to my rental inquiry and the staff at Sanibel Holiday (property managers) couldn't have been nicer. I would be happy to stay here again.
Property was well maintained and in good condition. Great location. Just make sure to bring any condiments with you as there are none. Be sure to check out the Sand Bar Restaurant great food! The bikes are a great plus, but they are single speed.
Beautiful condo, beautiful views, right on beach!
My family stayed in this condo for a week and had an amazing time. We have two toddlers and this was the perfect set-up for us. The condo is truly right on the beach - you basically walk out the door, down the elevator, and step right out onto the beach. The condo is stocked with beach toys, bikes (adult bikes), beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Everything you might need for your stay. We added a couple Puddle Jumpers for toddler pool safety to the mix! It's just as easy to get to the pool as it is to get to the beach.
The condo itself was pristine and comfortable. We were able to rent baby equipment like stroller and crib from a local company - inquire with the owner if you need to do this. But really the condo is well-stocked with everything else you need in terms of kitchen supplies, and the rental association provides a week's worth of necessities like dishwasher detergent and soap, etc.
The condo owner was very friendly and helpful, and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was up to our standards.
Sanibel isn't large so you're relatively close to lots of interesting restaurants. The resort where the condo is has a pizza place, ice cream place, and a few restaurants, too, so you barely need to leave home for your entire stay!
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we hope to next year!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo for the second year in a row and it's always our most relaxing vacation. The condo has everything we need to make our own meals for nights in, bikes to explore the island, beach chairs in great condition... It makes it so easy to come in and enjoy the island and relax. Can't wait to get back next year!
Beautiful, relaxing Loggerhead Cay condo
We love this condo! Our teenage daughters loved the quick access to the pool and bicycles, while my wife and I enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the relaxing atmosphere. The unit is clean, well maintained and has a great central location within the complex. The complex itself is in a great location near the east end of the island with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the causeway. The decor is very tranquil with a nice 'islandy' color scheme and decorating accents. It even has a well stocked 'library' for reading in the evenings. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, gear and utensils, and the Keurig coffee maker makes getting that first morning cup of coffee a snap. We look forward to coming back again soon.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE To confirm your reservation, we require a security deposit equal to the greater of 10% or $250, plus a reservation fee by Mastercard or Visa. Any damages or repairs needed should be reported to our local property manager immediately. The security deposit will be refunded shortly after your departure unless your party causes damage to our home. The deposit does not limit a guest’s liability for damages they might cause. Final payment of remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival date by personal or certified check. You will not receive a balance due reminder, so please mark your calendar to send the balance by the due date.

For bookings direct with owner, balance is due by personal/certified check 45 days pre-arrival for stays of 1-2 weeks (60 days for longer stays). Credit cards accepted for last-minute and international bookings, and in unusual situations.
