Very relaxing stay with campfire by the small stream
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Property is close to Timberline lodge & Trillium lake. Skyway bar & Grill was a great owners recommendation for dinner and great evening. Comfortable stay for 2 families.
Little gem of a cabin on Mt. Hood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little cabin on Mt. Hood. It was just perfect for our family as a home base while we toured the surrounding area with our out-of-town guests.
The inside of the cabin is adorable. It is a well loved, generational home, exactly what you would imagine a mountain cabin to be. We enjoyed the decor and all of the personal touches. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There is only one bathroom, but our family of six managed just fine.
The property itself is gorgeous and the photos don't really do it justice. There is a huge patio, including two picnic tables and a fire pit - perfect for a campfire and family games and gatherings. The gazebo is a wonderful place to read a book or to just sit back and listen to creek.
Beyond the pretty accommodations, communication with the owner was excellent. They're nice people and work hard to make your time at their property as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to a return visit.
Great cabin! Something out of a Hallmark card. Communication with host was easy and smooth.
Cozy and charming
Away from it all. Amazingly relaxing and peaceful.
Love the cabin lanai and creek. Authentic cabin experience in a family generational home. It’s a wonderful place to stay with a small group that can handle sharing just one bathroom.
Awesome cabin getaway!
Gorgeous cabin with all of the luxuries of home. Jenifer was very accomodating and very easy to work with. Jenifer and her husband have furnished and decorated it to a T. I have never rented such a fully stocked kitchen! Everything was there with the exception of coffee filters(paper towel worked just fine) There is so much outdoor space to hang out and seating for a lot of people. Loved the gazeebo! We had a fire and listened to the sound of the creeks. It was lovely. My husband even got out his fly rod and caught a little brook trout. We had dinner at the Skyview and man it was the best pork pulled sandwich and mac and cheese I have ever had. It is a must!Had breakfast the Still Water Inn. Food was good but don't go if you are in a hurry. I would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to coming again next year and want to thank the Kavanaughs for their hospitality and the awesome ideas for our future cabin!~
