Great home in a great location! Skiing/riding, mountain biking, hiking, shops, restaurants and night life are within walking distance. Park City’s Quit'n Time ski run is just 100 feet away and provides ski-in, ski-out access to the largest ski resort in the United States. The city maintained stairs in front of the house take you down to historic Main Street shops and more than one-hundred restaurants and bars. Deer Valley Ski Resort is 2 miles away and can be accessed via car, taxi or city bus.

Our home is very clean, nicely appointed and well maintained as evidenced by our many 5-star reviews. The house’s living area and 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths are located on three levels. The middle level comprises the living and kitchen/dining area and a half-bath. The top level has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have very high quality king size beds. A large hallway divides the bedrooms, so there are no common walls. The lower floor comprises two bedrooms and a shared bath. These bedrooms have high quality queen size beds. A large hallway also divides these two bedrooms, making them private and quiet. The converted garage is accessed from the middle living area and is set up as a heated ski prep room with boot/glove dryers, ski rack, lots of coat hooks, ping pong table, dart board, music and TV. It is the perfect staging area to store the gear and get the crew equipped all at the same time. Cleanest, best maintained hot tub in Park City.

Very few homes anywhere, even in Park City, have this convenient access to skiing and Main Street fun. It is a great home-base location that allows everyone in the group to do their own thing on their own schedule while minimizing, or eliminating, driving and parking.

About the ski resort and our access: Park City and the Canyons ski resorts are now combined into a single resort making it the largest ski area in the United States. In total, the resort has 7,300 acres, 42 lifts, 3,500 chairs, 300 trails, 17 peaks, 14 bowls, and 34,400 feet of combined vertical. The Quit N' Time ski run is adjacent to our house and takes you down to the Town Chairlift. It is a 100 feet walk over flat terrain to access the ski run. Upon your return you will ski to within 50 feet of the house. If you have been to Park City before you will know that this is a luxury that few other properties offer. Most rentals in town require driving to the resort or climbing up and down long flights of stairs to access a ski run.

We chose to live in old town Park City at this location because it provides walking access to skiing, restaurants, shopping and night life. There are few locations like this anywhere, even in Park City.

What makes this house unique

In the winter we have skiing and snowshoeing a few steps away. In the summer we have hiking and mountain biking equally as close. All year long we have restaurants, shopping and night life out the front door and down the stairs to main street.

Best Kept Secret in Park City

It's with mixed emotions that I write this review -- as this place is the best kept secret in Park City, and I don't WANT to share it with anyone! But, I feel compelled to open up, as the owners are truly great people -- attentive, caring, and generous. It starts with the owners proactive communication style and availability -- every correspondence includes a cell phone number to call if something comes up. From there it only gets better. The house is well-appointed and homey. Everything is high quality. Another positive is that the kitchen is well-stocked with condiments and spices -- the kind of things you don't want to have to buy at the grocery only to use a smidge or two during your stay. Needless to say the (almost, because you have to walk a couple hundred feet to get to the run) ski-in/ski-out access is great. And, the ability to walk downtown for dinner and shopping is really awesome.

Old Town At Its Best

Wonderful place! Great Old Town location with easy access to Town Lift and Main Street. We loved the little touches like snacks and beer waiting for us. Debbie is truly the hostess with the mostest. This 4BR home is well appointed and maintained. The hot tub was great for apres ski and the town staircase leads right down to the Wasatch Brew Pub. We'll be booking again for next year!

Excellent location and wonderful amenities!

Debbie’s home was incredibly welcoming upon arrival. The house and amenities were immaculate, and it had everything we needed to feel like we were in our own home away from home. It was the perfect distance into town and in close proximity to the ski resorts. Overall wonderful experience in Park City and can’t wait to book our next trip back!

Wonderful Spring Ski Trip

Perfect little house for a ski trip. Debbie was a pleasure to work with and was such a wonderful host. She left a selection of snacks, veggies, fruit, crackers, pretzels, and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) which was a nice treat after a long travel day. The slopes are just a few short steps out the front door and up a tiny hill. Perfect for intermediate and advanced skiers. If you are a beginner skier the slopes leading to and from the house may be too difficult. The ski garage was so nice to store all of our gear.

Main street is easily accessible down a bunch of stairs. This is definitely a house we would book again!

Since the house is ski-in/ski-out and a short walk to main street guests may want to forego renting a car. The owner is willing to take guests to grocery/liquor stores etc. if they arrive without transportation. In addition, Park City has a great free bus system and taxis, Uber and Lyft are plentiful and readily available.
