Deck is shared with owners. Has two, padded Adirondack chairs and

a dining table that seats 4.

The sound of the bubbling pond is very nice.

Charming bungalow in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to market, shops, parks. Dawn and Ron are lovely hosts. Highly recommended for your next Santa Monica stay.

Gracious service quaint place

I booked Dawn's place for my mother for the weekend of my wedding. As many people know weddings can be hectic, and there were unexpected changes. Dawn was able to accomodate our needs with no hesitation. Thanks Dawn!

I would say it's more like 10 stars!

My son and I did this trip for his birthday. It couldn't have been more perfect! Yes, she lives very close to an airport that has jets taking off. However, I would pick to stay here again, even knowing about the jets. We didn't really even notice them after being there a day or so.

There isnt enough space to tell you how much we adored our accommodation and host. She's a beautiful person and the place is beautiful. It's very homey and welcoming . It's also very private. She's there if you need her but she gives you 100% privacy . The neighborhoods amazing. I felt safe to walk anywhere with my son with no concerns at all. The pictures that you see, are exactly what it is. It's clean and cozy. I would highly recommend it.

We for sure will be back!!

Owner's Response: Shana, It certainly helps the small, nearby airport closes at night. And it is scheduled to close permanently in the future

It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood.. It was very clean and quiet.

Dawn was very responsive and helpful. The only slight negative was that the location is close to Santa Monica Airport and the planes fly over the house at 7:00am. As my son is at UCLA and we visit often, I would stay there again.
