We have lived in Idaho for many years and we love Sun Valley in all seasons. We just started renting this place in 2023 but also own a rental property in Sayulita, Mexico so we sort of know the ropes. We enjoy sharing our places with new friends.
Why they chose this property
You don't need a car! We love the location in downtown Ketchum. Everything in town is a short walk. The free (electric) buses also run everywhere including to Sun Valley skiing. The bus stop is two blocks. Most everything is just two blocks :)
