We enjoyed our stay. You can walk to downtown...about 4/5 long blocks. Large, comfortable rooms, kitchen and backyard is great for kids. Owner is very attentive. If you like historic and unique homes I recommend staying here.
Historic Wilmington - just off the brick streets
The house is great, well supplied to create a comfortable stay. The house is very spacious, plenty of room to spread out (if desired).
This house is old... it is not new. Anyone complaining about the house being drafty in Winter, after renting a 100 yr old house, didn't exercise their grey matter. On the coldest night of the year, the heat pump couldn't quite catch up, but I'm certain we were more comfortable than any occupants during the first 75 years or so of the house's existence would have been.
Location was very convenient to get in and out of town, or to get in and out of downtown... just the right distance from downtown and the Hwy in/out of town.
My wife and I would stay here again if we're back in the area.
Great little property!
My wife and I stayed at this great little house with our two daughters. Close to downtown,. Great backyard, I wish the weather was a little warmer so we could have really enjoyed it. Plenty of room in the house and a great collection of vinyl records. VERY comfortable beds. One bath had me a little worried, but no real issues. Kelly was great to work with! Quick responce time. Thanks again Kelly!
House was exactly as pictured! Perfectly decorated for the setting of a historic district! Comfy!!!
House was super cute and fit very comfortably 6 adults, a crazy toddler, and a dog! Very close to all activities!! Super fun trip and so thankful to have found a great place with a great owner!!!
Close to Historic Downtown
We had a great stay in Wilmington. The location made it easy to get to the downtown area. The South end of the boardwalk was only a few blocks away. The house has large rooms which was great for our 4 kids. Having the one bathroom created a real opportunity for teamwork.....ha! We highly recommend.
Great weekend getaway
The house was very clean. We were able to walk to dinner down at the riverwalk, which was great. We appreciated a few simple things, like the complimentary coffee. The beds and rooms were comfortable. Overall everything was really nice.
Dram Tree Boat Ramp 3 blocks away! 2 launching lanes, courtesy docks and 38 + boat trailer parking spaces. Castle Street and Surrey Street
