No matter when you decide to take an adventure to Breckenridge, this first floor condo has all the comforts of home, and then some! Ease those back pains on the Tempurpedic beds in the two bedrooms, warm your toes on the living room's fireplace, and cook fabulous meals in the gourmet kitchen.

The Longbranch Mountain Escape condo is a 10 minute walk to the slopes or a quick ride on the shuttle that picks you up right on the corner. You'll also be minutes away from the popular Main Street where you can wander the galleries and shops, or grab a bite at one of the many delicious restaurants. Salt Creek Steak House may be your go-to steak restaurant during your stay, or you may decide to celebrate Cinco de Mayo-style at Fiesta Jalisco.

This two bedroom, two full bath condo has plenty of room for up to 6 guests. The living room is nicely designed with a leather sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and an LED flatscreen television. When it's time to gather for your nightly dinner, the dining room has space for all around the beautiful wood table. Perhaps the best feature of this home is the brand new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, granite counters, track lighting, and a breakfast bar with stools for taking a break from all that cooking!

Both bedrooms have king beds with Tempurpedic mattresses. Both rooms also have access to an outside deck. There are two hideaway futons for additional sleeping space. This house has two convenient full-sized bathrooms making getting ready in the morning a delight! One has a tub/shower combo and the other has a walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include WiFi, access to the building's sauna, hot tub, and indoor swimming pool.

Grab your friends for an adventure-filled Colorado getaway, or pull your family away from the daily grind and treat them to a few days away in the mountains. I wanted to THANK YOU for allowing me (and the rest of my group) to use your condo for the Easter weekend. We all had SO much fun. We loved the decor and the many accessories the condo came with; you two really thought of everything - even a deck of cards that we frantically searched for only to find them right under our nose. The location was second to none and as you mentioned the underground parking was a major +; there are just too many PROs to list, truly.



Again, thank you for letting us stay. The Team is already planning another trip to Breck - maybe in your three bedroom townhome!

Spring Break 2017

We stayed here over Spring Break and had both skiers and non-skiers on the trip. The location was great & worked out wonderful with us being able to drive or walk to shopping or to the Gondola for the skiers.

The non-skiers were able to take off for the day site seeing & shopping and not have to worry about having to stay around to taxi the skiers as they were able to walk back or catch the free ride bus to & from the Gondola. And we were also just a short few minute drive to drop them off at Peak 9.

The condo is also just a short distance from the local grocery store was also very convenient.

There condo works great for 4 but we had 5 and made it work just fine. Kids can easily make a place to camp out in living area. Overall this location & condo worked out great for all of us and would be willing to stay here again.

Great Location,Great beds,Superb Fireplace,Great under cover parking,goodpool.

3 week stay and we would have expected at least 1 to 2 services during this time. Many minor niggles that need attention;

No tea towels on arrival, we purchased.

Non functioning toaster, we purchased replacement.

No bath mats.

Lack of wine glasses 5, with one cracked.

Windows in lounge allow draft in and require resealing.

Dirty oven, not cleaned for some time, same with hood of Barbecue.

Only one light working above oven.

Toilet overflowed in ensuite twice and we suspect previous tenants had discarded tissues in pan. We rectified.

Panels missing from curtains in second bedroom which allowed light in. Needs replacing/rectifying.

No pillow cases for second small pillows

Lack of information regarding medical services etc, buses , transport etc. Small info pack either on line or in unit would be appreciated.

Calls to managing agent went unanswered and action to rectify matters ( delivery of tea towels, toaster )took 3 days. Calling some remote point is not satisfactory.

Had all these matters received attention then we certainly would grant a higher rating.

Close, but not too close, to town

This property is a short walk (4-5 minutes) to Main St. The slopes are easily accessible by the bus that stops just outside of the property.

The unit itself has updated appliances, tile, and paint to give it a fresh look. There are 3 nice TV's and nice furniture throughout.

The common indoor pool and hot tub are both very nice.

Comfortable an Convenient

Overall a nice place to stay with warm indoor parking. Electric heating is one zone for condo and difficult to regulate although fireplace in living room helps.
