This beautiful 2 bed apartment is located in one of central Pattaya's finest condominium developments.
Conveniently located just a short walk from Walking Street and less than 100 metres from Second Road, pretty much everywhere in the centre of Pattaya is easily reached. The increasingly popular Soi Buakhao, with its vast number of restaurants and bars is just a couple of hundred metres away, while The Avenue shopping mall, with Major Cineplex, ten pin bowling, shops and restaurants is only about 70 metres. Royal Garden Mall is not much further. For trips to attractions outside of the centre of Pattaya, meter taxis, baht buses and motorcycle taxis are available nearby at all times of day and night. Put simply, it would be hard to find a more convenient place to stay, yet, with it being set back from both Second Road and Soi Buakhao, the apartment itself is nice and quiet, thus providing an ideal combination of undisturbed living and fantastic convenience.
The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, with King and Queen sized beds respectively. Both have large wardrobes, providing lots of storage space and, this being a corner unit, outside windows to provide natural light. The master bedroom has a bolted-in safe for extra security, although the building is a very safe one anyway, with security card elevator access and a double action dead lock on the front door.
The wonderfully attractive living/dining room has a large flat screen TV, with an excellent selection of high quality international TV channels via a cable service, DVD player and free, high speed wifi internet. There is a large, extremely comfortable L shaped sofa. To the front of the living room are UPVC French windows to a balcony which overlooks the large communal swimming pool.
To the other end of the living room is a good sized, round dining table for 4 people and a well equipped European style kitchen, complete with four electric hobs, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, crockery, pots, pans, glassware and cutlery.
Between the two bedrooms is a large, luxury bathroom, complete with big bathtub, separate, spacious walk-in shower with both rain shower and hand held washing attachments.
The City Garden developments is rightly regarded as one of the finest developments in the centre of Pattaya and has an excellent selection of communal amenities. As well as the large communal swimming pool and sun terrace, there is a gym, underground car-parking (with security card protected basement elevator), in-house laundry, in-house restaurant/cafe, management office and 24 hour manned security gate at the entrance to the development.
This is a fantastic unit in a high end development in a superb, wonderfully convenient location.
House Rules: No smoking inside the apartment please. If you or one of your guests does smoke in the apartment, we will engage a specialist cleaning company to get rid of the smell of stale smoke. The cost of 6,000 Baht will be deducted from your deposit.
A generous amount of electricity usage is included in the price of renting the villa. 50 units of electricity is included per night of your stay. For any usage over 50 multiplied by the number of nights you stay will be charged at 7 Baht per unit. The following house rules will help ensure you do not exceed the electricity allowance.
Please turn all air-conditioners off when you go out of the apartment.
Please close all external doors and windows when you are using the air-conditioners.
Please do not use the towels provided to clean the floor or any other dirty surface. Also please do not use them as floor mats. If towels are used in this manner and stained, you will be charged the replacement cost for new towel/s at the rate of 1,400 Baht per bath towel.
Please respect the other residents of the condo and do not make loud noise that will disturb neighbours after 9 pm.
If you are smoking on the balcony, please do not throw used cigarette butts on the floor.
If any bedding is stained, you will be charged for a replacement set, at the cost of 3,500 Baht per set.
If any glasses, crockery or other items are broken please report these breakages. You will be charged a normal replacement cost. We will check our inventory after each stay so will be aware of any breakages even if you do not report them.
Please do not light the candles. They are for decorative purposes only.
A damage deposit of 10,000 Baht is payable to be returned upon departure provided there is no damage. In the event there is damage, an appropriate sum will be withheld from the deposit. If damage to a greater value than the deposit is caused, you will be liable for the full reinstatement value.
Absolutely the best location. Extremely close to nightlife and markets and yet secluded enough to not be influenced by loud music or rambunctious party goers. Close to shopping and offers a variety of activities. Lovely swimming pool and good exercise facilities with laundry services on site. Tim was very helpful and was available if any questions arose. Excellent experience.
Tim was very easy to work with in getting the booking taken care of as I had booked but delayed payment while waiting on a bank wire transfer. I couldn't have been more happy with the condo itself! For me personally, the combination of location and price was a pleasant surprise! Very affordable rate for a 2 bedroom condo in such a fantastic location. The condo has some good security features (which makes it quite difficult for an unwelcomed guest to visit) although after awhile I found the elevator security rather bothersome! Also for the late sleepers, the place next door to the condo building seems to keep a large number of roosters who may or may not wake you up in the morning. All in all I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay. I would stay here again!
