It's a 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 comfortable queen size beds. The flat was renovated 2 years ago. I have a free parking space for you. I do renting for baby equipment. (stroller, pushchair, car seat, crib, playpen, bed rail, room minitors, high chair, booster seat and tray, etc.)

A metrobus, the 800, is 1 minute by walk. If you take the bus with Orléans express la Gare du palais is close to my house.

David Poulin purchased this condo in 2012
I bought the apartment 3 years ago. It's a nice flat downtown Quebec city.
This apartment had everything we needed to make our family visit to Quebec City one we we long remember. It is conveniently located to the Old City (5 minute taxi ride away), but we also found a lot of charm in this quiet neighborhood in which apartment is located. Wonderful cheese, bread and wine stores a quick walk away. Grocery store just across the street. The apartment was warm and inviting and had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. David was unbelievably helpful and shared with us lots of good information about the immediate neighborhood and navigating the city. He responded immediately to our emails and was a wonderful host. We would happily stay in this apartment again.
Good location close to restaurants and supermarket. Property is clean, quiet and well equipped. Biggest drawback we had was garage is very small so had to park on the street and the stairs to enter the property were very hard to use to get luggage up and down.
We loved our stay here! Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment in a great neighborhood of Quebec City. David is a wonderful host! He was very accommodating to our requests as we were traveling with two small children. The neighborhood has great shops, restaurants and cafes, easy parking, and a very convenient grocery store just across the street. 20 minute walk gets you into the city. This is a great location! Thank you, David!
We stayed in David's apartment for three nights while in Quebec City. My wife and I had brought our 15 month old twin boys with us, and we couldn't have found a better host. He actually picked us up at the train station, and with the boys, we had so much luggage, he made two trips! Although not in Old QC, it was a 15 minutes bus ride, and very easy to get to. The apartment itself is located across the street from a grocery store, and down the road from an awesome microbrewery/pub. A very clean apartment, fully stocked, and a sweet little patio to enjoy a glass of wine on after the boys were in bed. A great place to stay - thanks Dave!!!
The apartment was conveniently located and spacious. The owner is friendly. The beds, tv, wifi, private garage were better than expected. Grocery is right across the street. Travelers should know, however, that this is the owner's home, which means his personal gear and food had to be moved aside to accommodate our belongings and groceries. I believe that David is just getting started in renting his flat, and so he is finding his way to bringing it up to expectations for travelers. You should also know that the entry stairs may be difficult for some people. See the photograph from the street. Initially, my inclination was to give three stars, but David has been quite responsive to my personal note regarding his "stuff." I'm guessing he is learning and correcting.
We had a great stay in this apartment for our first trip to Quebec City. It was everything described and David was a great host. He responded to all the emails with my questions quickly and he was there to meet us and show us around when we got there and was great to talk to. The apartment is beautiful and modern and in a very quiet location. We opted not to use the buses but David had told us that there are stops close by. We were able to walk into the Old City in about 30 min the first day and then opted to just drive in the next day so we could leave stuff we bought in the car throughout the day. We took his recommendation about La Souche restaurant/brewery right near the apartment and it was excellent. The waitress was able to speak enough English for us to get by as well which we hadn't expected at such a local place. (just beware they don't accept credit cards or American debit cards). All in all, we would totally recommend this place and if we go back to Quebec City we would happily stay there again!
