Our condo is facing south with panoramic ocean view and a beautiful line of palm trees. There are 2 large balconies, one off the master bedroom and one off the living room. It is professionally decorated with fine furnishings, and you will feel right at home. Charming and clean wood floors throughout is ideal for those who have allergies or asthma.

The living room has a comfortable recliner sofa to spread out and watch sports or a great movie on a 55” flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, pots, pans, chinaware and silverware.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. You and your family will definitely enjoy the good night sleep on the famous Stearns & Foster mattress and pima sheet. Both bathrooms have over sized oval Grecian tubs surrounded by marble, which makes it so inviting and relaxing.

The condominium is designed for those with an eclectic lifestyle who crave something out of the ordinary. You are within easy walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center, Performing Art Center, the LB Aquarium and Queen Mary. You can travel to any part of long beach using the passport bus; pickup points are north or south side of Linden on ocean. If you are traveling to Los Angeles, use the metro link. Going grocery shopping, you can walk right over to von's, long beach one block over and up at the corner of atlantic and broadway. If you are a real food connoisseur, visit whole foods market for location or Bristol farm an extraordinary food store. If you chose not to drive, use the passport bus (d), pick up point is the south side of linden on ocean.

Thinking of seeing a movie? You can walk to the cinemark theater at the pike, long beach. Looking to do some reading and have great coffee? Go to borders at the pike, long beach.

Need quick cash? There are two (2) atms located right on ocean. Calnational bank east of linden on ocean and Washington mutal west of linden on ocean.

Good location and unit

This place is in a good spot and it is on the 3rd floor so there is good sights from the balconies. It is right next to downtown Long Beach where there is a bunch of bars, restaurants, and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. You do get your choice of 2 different parking spots but we always parked at the one on P2. One thing you should know though, there is a big truck that is parked right behind their designated parking spot on P2, and an SUV to one side and a concrete pillar to the other. We had a full size car so it was a little tricky parking, but we made it work. The nice thing that Ken did was put a smiley face on the concrete pillar so that you knew that it was the parking spot for the unit (but you could see the big truck sticking out long before the smiley face). I would say something smaller than a full size car would be better but we made it work with the full size. The staff at the location was really nice and answered all of our questions. Ken leaves a checklist for you to complete before leaving, and Ken was always a text or a phone call away. The WiFi in the unit was slow in several location in the house, even in the room where the cable modem was located. There is a pool and hot tub outside with a sitting area and grill, and inside there is workout area,and sauna at the facility. These are on the main level to the right after you get off the elevator from the 3rd floor. We spent a lot of time on the go for the days we stayed at this location but the days we did have at this unit, it was nice just to enjoy the pool, sitting area, and the unit. I would give this place a 4.5 out of 5 (not a 4 that I have to give), the reasons for this is the WiFi and the challenge with parking.

Great Location, Great Condo

Loved this condo. It's a nice size with a wonderful master suite. Plenty of dishes, etc. so we didn't have to buy anything . Great view off the balcony. It's just a short walk to the pier and restaurants. Ken, the owner was great to work. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Perfect Location For a Weekend Getaway

This was our second time renting this unit. Why? Because it is ideally located near downtown Long Beach. It is an easy walk to the multiple restaurants and bars on and near Pine Street. A well stocked grocery store is also an easy walk away. It is a stone's throw from the aquarium, performing arts center as well as the convention center and the Pike outlets. The 3rd floor location affords a view of Rainbow Harbor and the Shoreline marina.

The unit itself is airy, roomy and well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishware and appliances. The washer/dryer were a great convenience too.

Ken, the owner, was very warm and welcoming. He reacquainted us with the layout of the unit and use of the key fob for entering the secured parking area and elevators.

You can bet that we will be back next year for our yearly trek to Long Beach.
