A Rental For The Surfscape Triplex In Mission Beach

Unit Accommodations: Bedrooms: 1 Bed Type: 1 Real Queen bed, 1 large L sofa, 1 rollaway double Bathrooms: 1 Kitchen: Full Floor: Second floor View: Ocean View Sleeps: 4 Pets: Prior approval required. Fees may apply. A huge, tastefully furnished 1br/1ba unit on the 2nd floor. Ocean views from the living room. Literally five houses from the beach if you want to go surf or just stay where you are and BBQ on the large shared patio. The unit is much bigger than a normal 1br, there is a full kitchen and comfortable seating for 4 for lounging around the 50inch TV or eating at the dining table and watching the waves. Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed. Living room has a huge couch that is also used as a sleeper. The unit can be combined with one or both of the Studio (SS1) and 2br/1ba (SS3) listings at the same property (sleep up to 16!). Check out the reviews!!

Guest Access: High-speed Wi-Fi internet access provided HDTV equipped with ROKU or SmartTV capabilities; comes with complimentary Netflix, Hulu+. All TVs have HDTV Antenna, providing HD versions of all local cable channels (e.g. ABC, CBS, Fox, etc.). We do not have a Cable package, which helps keep our rates down. Parking: Three parking spots are available along with the units for an additional fee. One included for free if you book the entire triplex. Street parking in front or a free parking lot 3-blocks north of the property on El Carmel & Mission Blvd is available. Ask for more information. Huge patio with BBQ, dining table, lounge chairs. Shared with any guests that might be renting the other two units. Gas Fire Pit and Gas BBQ available for guests to use. Beach Accessories: Surfboards and boogie boards (beach towels not included). Laundry: Coin-op washer and dryer on property. Shared by all guests. Family friendly/Children welcome. Stress-free keyless access locks to all units, with unique codes per stay. As much or as little as you'd like. Keyless access locks remove the worries of having to meet someone with a key. With friendly, on-call staff you can reach out to us with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have at any time. Check-in is 4PM. Check-out is 10AM. Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs are sometimes available for a $40 fee. Please check 24-48 hours before your arrival.


Kingston Court on the beach side of Mission Blvd is one of the absolute best locations in all of San Diego. Mission Beach is close enough to the excitement of Pacific Beach yet has a more relaxed, beach-vacation feel. Vacationers come to Mission Beach year round for so many reasons! The units are 30 steps from Mission Beach and only a few blocks from Mission Bay; great for sunbathing, surfing, kite boarding, or running on the sand or the boardwalk. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants and just a few blocks from Belmont Park and the world famous Wavehouse. Belmont park includes nearby amusement park and roller coaster.

We had a great overall experience at this property, taking on all three units of this triplex with 10 guests. The location was perfect (really close to the beach, walking distance to Mission Beach spots, short cab ride to Pacific Beach), which we took advantage of. Ryan was very accommodating, leaving us bottles of wine as a welcome gift and stopping by as we checking in to see if we needed anything. He did a good job of making it easy to find things and having a good mix of amenities including kitchenware.

Clean, Convenient, and Easy!

Thank you to Ryan and the Surf-comber Team for making my group's stay in Pacific Beach a memorable one. We found the triplex and adjacent single unit within another triplex perfect for our needs. The kitchens were well stocked with appliances and dishes while the bedrooms had clean sheets and bedding. Looking forward to working with Ryan in the future should I need to find accommodation for a large group in PB!
