Luxury 1 B/R 1st floor apartment in the 'Patatran' apartment block located in the fully developed tranquil Southern part of Eden Island comfortably accommodating maximum 2 adults and one juvenile (up to 12 years!)

The apartment offers a breathtaking view on the Eden Island deep water Marina right in front of it. The nearby horizon is dominated by Mahé Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean.

The 88 m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans both in the lounge as well as in the en-suite bedroom and the veranda. The bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a personal wall safe.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances (Dishwasher, Washing machine/tumbler and ceramic hob/stove and a very large Fridge/Freezer) and provides for all amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. A cleaning service is provided once a week . A golf buggy, DSTV Sat TV and free unlimited (slow) WiFi throughout the apartment are at your complimentary disposal.

Four beautiful private beaches are within a minutes' walking distance and a swimming pool is just 50 meters away. The Golf Cart has its designated covered parking bay right in front of the apartment. A Central Parking Garage will house your hired vehicle if you think you need one.. Eden Island hosts a modern upmarket shopping mall with a large supermarket, an arts gallery, boutiques and banks with ATMs among others. The Marina seafront is home to over half a dozen restaurants and cafés for all different tastes and budgets. You will also be able to make unrestricted use of the Club House with fully equipped gym, a flood lit tennis court , a large infinity swimming pool , a kid's playroom and a snack bar.

Just what the doctor ordered

Our two weeks in this property relieved more stress than my recent spinal operation. My wife and I, and our daughter and her fiancée, enjoyed our time in the Seychelles, but you could have transplanted this apartment to almost anywhere, and it would have had the same effect. The penthouse is very quiet, absolutely fully equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, and in the best location on Eden Island. At first, I thought it would be better overlooking a beach, but after arriving, and taking in the peaceful entertainment from the activity on the marina, I changed my mind. While seated on the expansive balcony, you see the dramatic granite cliffs across the water in front, open water to the left, and the beautiful marina to the right. As for the unit itself, the provision of every sort of cooking utensil and gadget, the generous supply of dishes of every type, and TWO dining tables with six seats each (one table on the wraparound balcony) made cooking, and eating, a pleasure (the Spar grocery store is a short drive away, in the golf cart). The furniture is high quality throughout, the clothes washer and dryer are easy to use, and big, and the beach is a short stroll away. To top it off, the owner, Georges, is a true professional, and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Drop everything, and rent this unit now. You and your family will love it.

We have been there for the second time and again it was fantastic. George arranged everything perfectly and the apartment as well as Eden Island is just amazing. Special thanks go to George for letting us stay in the apartment the whole last day instead of checking out in the morning since our flight departed in the evening.

We will definitely come again.

Amazingly beautiful, modern ,clean Apartment with great ,private community beaches

Apartment was just as it was described...when the sun was out, the water was actually that azure color....Eden Island had great security, even left our bag unattended on the beach while we swam....close, convenient Supermarket...quiet neighbors and quiet community....thank you so much for a great experience!!!

Just wunderful

The whole apartment was lovely arranged with an excellent view over the marina of Eden Island. Nothing was missing. The very nice and helpful cleaning lady came three times during our 10 days stay to clean the apartment. Furthermore, Eden Island, the surrounding of the apartment was fantastic. We already miss it and will surely come back very soon...

The view from our huge second floor veranda is really looking for rivals. Virtually all our clients spend most if not all their time on one of the verandas. The orientation of our "Patatran" block enables you to enjoy both sunrise as well as sunset from different veranda sections

Last but no lease being on second floor not only provides you with much more privacy but also ensures that mosquitos and other "dudus" do not disturb you as it is the case with most ground and many first floor apartments necessitating a weekly fumigation exercise by the Island Management.

Eden Island is only accessible to property owners and their friends and/or tenants. Hence total privacy and security is assured not only in and around the houses but also on beaches and other facilities at the disposal of the island inhabitants.
