The natural environment of the patio and pool area provides a relaxing atmosphere and is an habitat for certain species of birds, coquies and doves... our daily guests. Gated neighborhood in an excellent location, just 20 minutes from San Juan.
Caguas is a large city than offers beautiful scenery, a great variety of restaurants, historic buildings, a botanical garden, arts and music events, all while maintaining a charming small town feel.
The best way of traveling, of knowing a country and its people, is to share their way of life.
All 3 bedrooms with air conditioning are upstairs overlooking the nature and pool area.

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT:
This Rental Agreement and contract ( "the agreement") is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by undersigned owner or agent (Rental Agent") pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence located at Road 189 intersection road 931, Valle Borinquen #6, Navarro, Gurabo, P.R 00778, for duration of the Rental Term for the total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
Guest agrees than no more than six(6) persons shall be permitted on the property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement. Pets are not allowed . No Events celebration allowed during this Rental Term.
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The property is provided in "as is" condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all the amenities in the Property , such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pool, air conditioning or electrical appliances. Rental agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.
Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, spas, decks, gas grill, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest's own risk.
When leaving any room , You MUST TURN OFF all air conditioner units. Leaving room doors open while the air conditioner is On is NOT permitted and it may cause damage to the units and the power system of the house may fail. Charges for the damage will apply.
NO re-arrange of furniture is permitted inside or outside of the house.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
The Property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $250.00.
Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property. There is no daily housekeeping service. Garden and pool cleaning will be once a week. Additional request of service will be charge and paid at the moment of the service
If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest's property and belongings and leave the property in good order and free of damage.
No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.
ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE
Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by the other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and permitted occupants under this Agreement.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any cost, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.
Guest herby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities or amenities.
Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility.
ENTRY AND INSPECTION
Guest shall allow access to the property for purposes of repair inspection, pool and garden maintenance. Rental Agent or any employee shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and by mutual agreement for the benefit of Guests.
If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PROPERTY
In the event the property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of the Rental agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this agreement.
50% refund if cancel before four weeks the start of the trip.
If a Guest decide for any reason to arrive after the day of the duration of the Rental Term or leave the Property before the Rental Term duration , No Refund will proceed for any unused portion of the rent.
If there is a storm or hurricane and the states or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"and/or a Mandatory evacuation order has been given for a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest, The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay o come in after the Hurricane warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited .

Charming house perfect for a relaxing vacation
The house was more beautiful than I expected. The owner has obviously spent time collecting unique pieces of furniture and art from all over the world to decorate the house and gardens but has put them together in such a charming relaxed inviting way that you don’t feel like you are staying in a museum. The house is open and airy with a seamless transition between the inside and the lush garden. The bed rooms are very comfortable and each has its own air conditioning. The house was well appointed with fresh linens, towels, and beach towels. We like to cook and found the kitchen easy to use with a good assortment of pots and pans and more than enough place settings and seating for our group of five. Our children loved the pool and the hammock in the back yard. The location is convenient to do day trips to most anywhere on the island.

What an amazing place "La Casa" was! My family enjoyed it so much that we are planning for our next stay😉. Socorro has made her home our home away from home! This place is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. What can I say about the pool....gorgeous!!! i must say that this house one of the most beautiful houses that I have seen in Puerto Rico. I'm originally from the island and while I could stay with family this house was perfect. first let's talk about the host. Socorro was so nice and she was always available if needed. She gave great directions on how to get to the house, showed us around the house and gave perfect instructions on anything that could happen and what we would have needed to do. Now the location, perfect. It was about 1 mile from the supermarket, gas station. 3 miles from wal-mart that was open 24 hours. There were lots of restaurants within 5 mile radius. Also close to the freeways where you can take to either side of the island. Now the house, from the moment you park with all the vegetation surrounding it you are like wow. You walk in and it feels like you're in a house from Spain. Socorro has the house well decorated and a lot of little statues and figurines. It had a big kitchen and very open space. The pool was very nice and it was nice to take a dip anything me of the day. You will find that there's not much that you will need asides from your favorite things at the store as the house had plenty of towels, clean sheets, toliet paper, and everything that you would get at a hotel. Explore puerto rico as much as possible but really take the time to enjoy this home and relax when you're there. I would definitely return again.

to our needs. Great communication from the start, the house was fully equipped and a nice cold bottle of wine awaited for us upon arrival. The home had amazing art work and sculptures giving it such a unique feeling. The yard was simply breathtaking. I felt as if we were in El Yunque. Such an escape! Socorro helped us navigate through the island and we used her wonderful transportation with Elba to get us to and from the port to Culebra which saved us! Actually I was proposed to right underneath a palm tree by the clear blue sea! I will forever treasure this trip and we will definitely be back... thank you Socorro for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Absolutely Beautiful and Peaceful Getaway
Although, my friend and I had problems getting to PR because of flights, Socorro worked with us. When we did finally arrive the place was spectacular. We explored and relaxed for 10 minutes and jumped immediately into the pool. The owner was readily available if we needed anything and there were light snacks available in the fridge. The place was perfectly located near some great local restaurants, specifically Orujo Taller de Gastronomia, for local tastes, was about 20 min away. The frogs, birds, and insects chirping at night was marvelous, it was almost like camping but luxury camping to be so connected with nature, yet have comforts. There is a gas station and grocery down the street, which made getting essentials like wine and beer simple to have by the pool at night. The house is beautifully decorated and looks just like the pictures. I have already recommended to my parents when their friends and them go down to stay here if they don't mind being a bit out of the bustle of San Juan, which is about 20-30 depending on traffic. Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend away from the mainland of the US.

You are welcome to request two partial payments if you need it. We will charge $50.00 per guest per night for additional guests after six guests up to max. 8 guests. Our rental agreement must be sign to rent this property. Please sign and return to us prior your arrival.
