Come enjoy the Sweet Life. Walking distance to South Beach, Downtown, and Kids Corner Park. This chic cottage has charm in abundance and a fabulous location. This home was thoughtfully decorated with guest comfort in mind. Gathering with friends will be a delight with the open concept living/dining area. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy. The 1st floor bedroom is perfect for guests who cannot manage stairs. Charming screened porch and patio provide additional space to relax, unwind, and have some fun.

Everything you need is in the house. Appreciate the extra towels, toilet Paper, paper towels, washer & Dryer. Gorgeous Hydrangea Flowers & Landscaping! Loved the screened in porch. Close enough to walk to the beach... about 3 blocks West and Close enough to town. They could use some WD-40 on the doors and some nails in the floors to fix and/or lessen the squeaks as to not wake up the late-risers! 😜😬 Also, appreciate the fan in the screened-in porch. ... A ceiling fan could be good. Also, the fresh basil was nice to use. Fresh Mint could be good for Iced Tea!😊 They could us identical shades on the East side of the porch for the (East) morning sun. Unfortunately, the next block West of us, they were building a house and a new in-ground pool, So, the builders were out before or by 7:00AM. Which was/is kind of a bummer.
