The fully furnished kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, gas range cooktop and a built-in microwave. A cooking island ties the kitchen to the Great Room, with bar stool seating; there is also a built-in desk in the kitchen. The kitchen equipment is complete, with coffee maker, grinder, toaster, blender, Kitchen Aid mixer and garbage disposal. All utensils are available with matching wine glasses and settings sufficient for groups of 12.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room is part of the Great Room with fantastic light and views. A gas fireplace and entertainment center occupy one wall. The 46' HDTV and DVR with DirecTV anchors the entertainment center, complete with surround-sound stereo, Blu-Ray player w/ Internet, CD, VCR and video/audio library. An adjacent dining room with matched seating for 10 adjoins the room. But, if you want to get away from the action here, head upstairs to the separate loft living space to pursue different diversions.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom, on the main floor, features a king-size bed with dual side-tables and lamps and full bedroom set. This bedroom also features a 32' HDTV. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with high-quality linens and fabrics. If things get too hectic out front, enjoy the space and solitude this room offers.
The master bath has a combination steam shower, all glass enclosed, full whirlpool and dual vanity sinks.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS

This townhome is located in the center of the action, nestled above the Town of Winter Park, with two of the best ski slopes in Colorado right next door.
From the townhome you can walk to town to festival and concerts, or to restaurants and nightlife, or to the national forest. A full schedule of special events occurs year-round.
The Fraser Valley continues from Winter Park northward, encompassing many winter and summer activities. Cross the slight rise at Granby, and you continue north to the lake and town of Grand Lake, with its unique Western riff on Switzerland, and then onward to the western gateway for Rocky Mountain National Park.
All of this goodness is within a 45-minute drive from the unit. After your day of strenuous activity or sightseeing, relax in the private hot tub or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset on the deck. Life is indeed good . . . .

We are a professional family from Iowa who has been coming to Winter Park for more than a decade for outdoor activities.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2011
Our kids learned to ski in Montana, and we have skied many places across the West. Friends and great annual lift pass deals first brought us to Winter Park; we fell in love and have continued to come back.
As our children have grown, we decided to make Winter Park a permanent destination for family reunions and get-togethers. We are happy to share our home with you and hope to see many repeat visits!
We inspected nearly 50 properties across the Fraser Valley when looking to buy, and this unit had a unique combination of three benefits that caused us to name it the 'Hidden Gem of Winter Park':

Erin & Mike were fantastic in arranging for our 4-day stay in Winter Park. The unit was extremely clean, with great access to the master bedroom (main level) and two upstairs beds. The bathrooms & furnishing were in great shape, the appliances and all the cooking utensils clean & first rate, and the living room was a joy to relax in!!

What a beautiful home to experience my first and certainly not my last visit to Colorado. This was home was amazing everything and more you could want or need. I can't not thank the owners enough for a wonderfully equipped home. I would give this home a 100% satisfaction rating highly recommended,would go back in a minute!
Highly recommended! We stayed for 4 nights and felt at home from the minute we arrived until the time of our (reluctant) departure. The place is in mint condition, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen facilities are great. Only minutes to town or the ski slopes, but you’d never know it when looking out the windows as all you see are trees. Very quiet; we didn’t hear the neighbors even once. Because we were skiing, it was great to have access to the washer/dryer and to be able to cook our own meals. We also enjoyed the hot tub (with mood lighting), the fireplace and playing Trivial Pursuit, which our kids found in the well-stocked game cabinet. Another plus was the helpful collection of guides and brochures the owners put out on a table near the kitchen. It was also nice being able to park in a garage, because it snowed every night. We would definitely return!
Had a wonderful stay. The condo was just great. It is clean and comfortable, and feels new. The best part is that you feel like your staying in a quiet, secluded place in the woods, but it is just minutes away from everything. A minute to shopping and restaurants, and maybe five minutes to the ski area. We were also pleasantly surprised with all the amenities, including soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. Loved the fireplace too. Plus games for our kids. Overall, one of the top VRBOs we've stayed at. Highly recommended!
We loved this 3 bedroom home and would absolutely come back to stay again!!! Very clean and bright inside with lots of elegant decorations. Easy to access and right near the ski resort/restaurants. The hot tub was such a treat for us to use after a long day of skiing. Would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to go to Winter Park, Colorado.
The property directly abuts the Arapaho National Forest with all related activities. Nearby attractions include the Town of Winter Park, Winter Park Resort and Mary Jane, Lake Granby and Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, six wilderness areas, four local golf courses, Fraser and Colorado Rivers, Devil's Thumb resort, and Hot Sulfur Springs. During the summer there are numerous festivals and concerts and biking competitions in the Valley, including many at Hideaway Park, within walking distance; there are also the Friday rodeos in nearby Granby.
