This is an exceptional, spacious unit that sits on the beach with stairs right to the sand from your private wrap around deck. Everything you will need to have a great vacation is yours. 1st story luxury with only a few steps down to the beach from our 1800 square feet condominium. The Sugar Dunes complex has 24 condos, in the best of the Seagrove area, and is located in a less populated rental area between two great (but crowded) gulf towns of Destin and Panama City.

You want more? Visit the quaint colorful town of Seaside or Rosemary Beach by biking or car just a few miles away. Even more? A State Park with bike trail just 500 yards from the unit. What a great place for your family vacation.

You can't beat it for luxury on the beach, at affordable rates for family vacations.

After one stay you will be hooked on our 'you-can't-be-closer' accommodations. We have a very high rate of return rentals -- so get your reservation in and join the other satisfied vacationers of the 'Myer's on the Beach' condo.

I just wanted to write and thank you again for the use of your beautiful condo, I think, for the 8th year. We have stayed in other condos at Sugar Dunes, but yours is by far the nicest and best location. The corner unit always has a nice breeze blowing and we once again spent a wonderful family vacation with your beautiful place. The weather was great, the water nice, and the storms stayed away.

Thanks again and hopefully, we'll return next year.

Wonderful stay with a few minor issues

My family just enjoyed a great week-long stay at "Myers on the Beach". The location is really hard to beat considering that the condo is steps away from an amazing beach that isn't overly populated, even during one of the busiest weeks of the year since we were there over Memorial Day weekend. We had stayed in Seagrove before and really like the easy access to both Seaside and Rosemary communities. The beachside porch was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped.

We only had a few minor issues during our stay. The wifi at the condo was spotty at best, and we had several different types of devices that couldn't seem to connect with any consistency. We also had an interesting dynamic of the owner of our condo staying in a separate condo directly behind the building while we were there, and we had our hand slapped for keeping the exterior sliding door open too long shortly after arriving at the condo. I understand the need to keep the door closed to keep the AC from freezing up, but it caused us to feel like the owner was constantly watching our every move. We also had some issues with the owner and the umbrella company, with him providing some very strict guidance to the rental company about where his umbrella had to be located on the beach despite the fact that he wasn't out on the beach. We were simply hoping to have our umbrella beside our tent, and he was very strict with the rental company that his umbrella had to be at the end of the line. Thankfully, the umbrella rental company was great to work with and they were willing to be flexible to help us meet our needs despite the protest from the condo owner. Finally, one other minor turn off was that the condo building itself has very strict rules that tents can't be placed during behind the building, requiring us to place our tent over to the side.

We had a very good stay and our issues were minor, but wanted to provide an honest review of our experience.

Owner's Response: We really are glad you enjoyed your stay. We believe this is one of the best spots along 30A. The rules that have been set either with the condo complex or our specific unit are not meant to be a burden for guests. Rather, they are attempts to be sure everyone gets to enjoy the scenery, as well as care for our properties. The association ruled a long time ago to not accept canopies in front of our property, because this property is not built on a cliff like many. So, when you look out, we don’t really want to see a sea (no pun intended) of canopies. The reason people love this complex is because of the views of the water and the ease of getting to the sand and ocean. We did happen to be there, our other condo close by, during your stay. However, we never meant to make you feel uncomfortable. We did ask once that the sliding doors remain closed if you are not going in or out of them and wanted to be sure you were aware that leaving doors open while the HVAC is running can lock up the system and cause you to not have AC. We love our condo and really want it to be cared for. That is all we were trying to do.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location for a beachfront vacation. You're surrounded by the beach in this end unit. Only a few steps and you're on it. The condo has every amenity that we need when we stay, yes we've stayed here a couple of times. We've been coming to the Seagrove area for many years and this is our favorite place. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo is CLEAN. You get to park inside, real bonus being able to keep the cars clean from the salt spray. The Myers are very responsive and so easy to work with. Can't wait for our next Bud & Alleys lunch!

Perfect location

This condo comfortably accommodated 6 adults for a week. Three bathrooms were a plus, along with two king-sized beds and a well-stocked kitchen. But the best part was the location -- right on the beach with great sunset views and the surf noise to lull us to sleep each night. Great communication from the owner and quick response. We loved it! Thanks!

Amazing Views!

A perfect place to stay! Nestled in a quiet area with easy access to everything. The views were amazing! The condo is an end unit with beautiful palm trees at the end of the balcony. The afternoon sunsets were unbelievable. The drive to restaurants on 30-A was a breeze. Cafe 30-A entrees were outstanding, as their Martinis. Had cocktails one afternoon at Whiskey Bravo at the roof top bar, that is must. Let me tell you how excellent the management was. One afternoon air-condition unit stopped cooling. Gave the manager a call. Prompt service!! Within a hour unit cooling again!! This is a great place for a girls get-away and families with children. The access to beach was so easy. Condo was clean and will equipped with everything you need to be right at home. Will stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Sugar Dunes Best Choice Around

My family just returned from our week long stay in "Myers on the Beach". After spending over 30 years vacationing in Destin, we moved to the Seagrove area about 10 years ago. This is our fifth year at Sugar Dunes and we've found our "home away from home." Everything about this complex is favorable....they contain wonderful amenities throughout, accessibility to the beach is the easiest we've found, and dealing with Reba and Jon is such a pleasure. I would highly recommend any property they represent as what you see on the website is what you get.......well worth the money. God willing, we will return in 2014 for another fun-filled week. Would recommend Bayou Bill's in Panama City Beach for wonderful seafood.

Debby did not worry us!

We had a fantastic time even though Debby was in the gulf. Sunday was rainy but after that it was great weather. Little windy but great! Had red flags a few days but yellow flags rest of days. No seaweed or jellyfish! Water cool and pretty.

This was the best condo I have stayed in and I ave been coming to Florida for over 20 years. The towels were plush and plentiful. Not those white hotel towels. There were games,movies,puzzles and cards. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Pillow top matresses and flat screen TVs in all rooms. Very updated! Loved it!

No canapies were allowed in front of condo so we put ours up right beside it. There were some put up in front of it though. Then one of the owners from another condo came out and they moved. There is a public access right next to the condo which made it a little crowded at times.

I would recommend this condo!
