Very convenient location for this house, 5mins walk to #421 and many bus stations. 5 minutes drive to Country Hills shopping center and you will find all amenities that you will need – banks, restaurants, medical, vets, AMA registry, groceries & retail, movie theatre, public library, etc. 10 mins drive to Calgary International Airport.

Accommodations: This is two story house with fully furnished basement. There are 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms, sleep up to 12 people.

All bedrooms come with QUEEN size mattresses. 2nd floor have 4 bedrooms. Double master rooms. Basement has 2 bedrooms. FULL BATH

It was more than what we've expected! My family enjoyed so much. The house is very clean and has lots of space and rooms for my family. Almost everything was provided which was great. Donna is very nice and easy to deal with. I will definitely recommend this place.

Clean and Spacious home

Close to all the amenities you will need. Great for a large group, with two kitchens for cooking and BBQ on the deck. Quiet neighbourhood. Enough rooms for all to sleep on very comfortable beds. Not very much extra furniture...but that allows everyone to spread out more I think.

Comfortable, clean and modern but lacking in some basic conviniences.

Fabulous house! It was modern, we'll cared for and clean. The beds were very comfy. Main living room was comfortable however there were only 5 seats in the living room of a house that slept 13 so perhaps lounging furniture in the other two living spaces would be nice. When we arrived we had to fix the ice maker in the fridge and clean the bottom of the oven. There were not enough dish cloths or dish towels in kitchen considering the number of people the house can accomidate. Bowls also were scanty. And there was no cheese grater. Providing air conditioning instructions would be helpful. These were all minor inconveniences and we would choose to stay here again. Thank you!

Good for families on a budget aware of the limitations

Our group (7 this time) of ladies--long time friends from California--take a fun trip at least once a year. We wanted to attend Calgary's wonderful Stampede event in July, 2017, and we were attracted to this property in Panorama Hills because of its number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Budget was also a concern, this property fulfilled that promise, and we were aware that we would have to take buses or taxis to the events at min.1/2 hr. away without traffic. (By bus a min. of 1 hr.) Of course you need a car to go to local markets. The property is situated in a quiet, but very large tract of look alike close together homes, neat but not "luxury." Our first impression of this property: Weeds in the front yard. The home was clean upon entering--after we struggled with the very tricky combo lock and ill fitting door. The best feature is the open kitchen and living room, allowing for good communication. The bedroom/bathroom situation was very good for our 7, but I can't image 12 being totally comfortable. "Luxury" is an exaggeration: The bedrooms do not have any wall décor, dressers so you could stow your luggage (but adequate closet space, few hangers), and only one bed stand and light. Coming from California, we would call this a 3 story, with two flights of carpeted (good shape) stairs to all bedrooms (basement and top floor from main floor). The 1/2 bath is on the main floor, very nice. The "huge" patio is not (seats 4 with table/chairs needing rehab). Again, back yard with weeds. While we were able to hook up the BBQ, we couldn't get it hot enough to complete our steaks, using the oven broiler. The cable TV was very limited and we were not able to purchase news stations we wanted, even with the help of our tech-savvy lady. If we wanted to enjoy a fire, it was prohibited. No problem, because it was hot. The air conditioning was too cold in the basement, but the top floor did not work. The owner could not get it repaired when we were there. Thank goodness we could open windows for air at night. If you want to cook, the cookware is very limited. We purchased bowls and a casserole. If owner would spruce up this Plain Jane (wall décor, night stands), personally check out equipment, make sure the cleaning crew took care of details (such as paying attention to the pantry), before guests checked in, the property would be a nice place to stay. Details count! Thank you the very nice people of Calgary. The events were terrific!

Owner's Response: We respect our guests and listen to their opinions. Myself personally checked the house after the cleaning crew finished to make sure it was clean and tidy. The front entrance was a little bit tight, but we mentioned it to the guests in the access instruction. The past guests had no trouble on it. The propane tank was just replaced before this particular guests check in. BBQ grill worked well and no past guests has complaint on it. Regard to cable TV, we provide them with 4-digit pin so they can subscribe the channels they want and they still thought that was not enough. We provide both dinnerware set and glassware set in china and plastic and the guests can find all that stuff in the cupboard. We had lots of past guests in group of 10-12 and they felt comfortable about our house with 6 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms in total. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we were not able to get the technican to check on the AC right away since they were fully booked during your stay. AC works fine now. We did focused on the details and put lots of wall arts & decoration in the house. We have lots of positive reviews from the past/return guests, but this particular guest began by crabbing everthing. We listen and will serve the future guests with our best effort.

I would highly recommend this property, it was in a great location and had everything we needed. Place was clean and comfortable for our group. Only constructive criticism I can say is it could use a little more furniture and maybe another tv.
