Rule #1 - Don't drive the dune buggy down the stairs.
You can drive it while playing your favorite carting games on the 120 inch HD projection screen, or watching any of the 'Need for Speed' or 'Cars' movies... but it really does need to stay in the house.
The new arcade videogame on the main floor is awesome. Don't let your teenager beat you at any of the 1,400 vintage games on the machine!
The home sleeps 14 with two master suites and a bunk room. Relaxing living, dining, gaming, and reading rooms allow your group to spread out and enjoy the home how you want to enjoy it. The 9-foot ceilings and luxury appointments remind you that you are on vacation.
The resort amenities include a clubhouse spacious enough for large gatherings, a swimming pool, hot tub, equipped fitness center, putting green, fishing pond, basketball court, and children’s playground.
At Coral Ridge, you are just minutes from nine other golf courses, tennis courts, river rafting, hiking, biking and ATV trails. St. George, Zion National Park, and Sand Hollow State Park are only a short drive away.

About Elsie Rackham
One from CA, one from VA. We met in Utah, and after 20 years living in Syracuse, NY; Denver, CO; and Milwaukee, WI... we call Utah home again.
Elsie Rackham purchased this House in 2014
Why Elsie Rackham chose Washington
Location, location location. On the road to Zion National Park puts our home exactly where we want to be. Year-round activities with warm days and cool evenings. The ability to float and fish, hike and bike, explore canyons and trails and then soak in the outdoor hot tub or jacuzzi tub inside... perfect.
What makes this House unique
I know I want to vacation in Southern Utah, and I've heard good things about Coral Ridge Resort.... so why stay at 'Come to Zion?' Great question. Laura and I have traveled and rented homes in beautiful places enough times to know that some rentals feel like hotels. Sterile, bland, soul-less places where you sleep and forget that you ever stayed there. On the other hand, some rentals are so 'home-y' and filled with the owners personal life, that it feels like they might be hiding in the hallway wondering why you are staying in 'their' home. We want our guests at Come To Zion to feel so comfortable in our home that it feels like theirs. We organized the spaces so that the kids would have kids space. The grown ups would have grown up spaces. Spaces for quick check-ins with the office or business, and quiet spaces for a good book. It won't appeal to everyone (which explains why I've never seen a dune buggy in a hotel room before) but for those that it does connect with, we want you to LOVE IT. Check out the photos. And, "Come to Zion."

Great place to stay
Our family loved it. Close to pool and golf course.
Fun spring break with two families
Two families, four adults and nine kids. We have used VRBO many times in various locations including previous trips to St. George. This was one of our very favorites. Incredibly spacious, never felt crowded even with tons of kids around. We enjoyed all the amenities especially having two master suites for the parents. Kids loved the bunk room and our 9 year old son loved sleeping in the truck bed. The swinging bed on the upstairs balcony was also a big hit. We enjoyed using the barbecue at least twice during our stay. Plenty of towels for daily swimming at the pools. Clubhouse was nice for table tennis and kids liked long boarding around the neighborhood. Very close to Sand Hollow reservoir which we checked out one day-very beautiful. Loved having a washer/dryer, plenty of towels, small kitchen appliances, tv in every room and it was decorated very cute. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. In fact, the other family that was with us wants to book for next spring break already!
Some very minor negatives: the condo sleeps 16, we had 13 in our group. There was never enough silverware for everyone to use. I think there was only 10 existing place settings. Sort of a pain to wait for someone to finish eating, then wash some utensils so another person could eat. We could have gone to the store to get disposable forks etc. but the nearest store is a few miles away. Kitchen could use a few more dishes and utensils since it is advertised for such big groups. One of the reasons we chose this condo was because of all the kid friendly features like the big screen/video game area upstairs. During our stay it was not working properly and although Jeff the maintenance guy was friendly and quick to respond, there wasn't a fix available during our stay. The shower handle in the upstairs master was broken as well as a light that kept malfunctioning. We found the downstairs master bed to be uncomfortably soft (taco like) but that could just be our preference since the bed appeared to be a nice quality mattress.
Thank you for your kind words. And for the excellent feedback. While we are not sure where all the silverware goes (we had 16 places a month ago), we will be sure to get all those kitchen needs replenished right away. We were able to fix the projector, and the shower handle this past week. I will check on the "soft bed" in question, since I have had nothing but great feedback on all the mattresses from previous guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and for the prompt feedback on how we can make our homes even more comfortable.
Great location! Great house! Loved it and would book again tomorrow if I needed a place to stay.
We rented 8 homes in the Coral Ridge Subdivision. It worked out well for our large family reunion. I didn't stay in this house, but we heard nothing but great things.
perfect get away for a large group
great house with everything needed for a fun weekend. Lots of bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Owners were great to work with
We had a great stay!
Loved being next door to another large place. Our group gathered in the clubhouse for are family meals. Clubhouse group reservation requires owner consent which was not given. Clubhouse rules prohibit alcohol or glassware.

Canyoneering capitol of the world with Zion, The Subway, The Narrows, Yankee Doodle and dozens more all nearby.
