This beautifully remodeled condo is the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the Southern California desert lifestyle. Located in the quiet and impeccably kept Canyon Sands neighborhood in South Palm Springs, you'll be just steps away from seven refreshing swimming pools and six tennis courts that are located throughout the complex. This 2BR, 1.75 bath condo also includes a two car garage with direct access into the unit. The dining room and large master bedroom both conveniently open up to a private patio. The patio contains an outdoor dining table/umbrella and a propane grill. The guest bedroom is roomy and contains one queen sized bed. The condo has WiFi and plenty of linens and towels are available. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, glassware and dinnerware for those who plan to cook while on vacation. There is a full sized washer and dryer located in the garage.
Canyon Sands is just a short drive away from downtown Palm Springs and the other desert cities. A perfect vacation retreat!

Perfect location. Close to downtown Palm Springs but in a quiet area.
Beautiful, safe and convenient to all the Coachella Valley has to offer.
2014 was the third consecutive February we've spent in Palm Springs, and the last two, in Canyon Sands, were our favourites. We very much enjoyed the tennis courts, pools, and citrus fruit free for the picking on the premises. We always felt safe walking about the complex, whether enjoying the sun, or the starry skies at night.
The location is convenient for walking to the local supermarket (Vons 5-10 minutes), or about 20 minutes to Trader Joe's and Target. Our rental car mostly stayed in the suite's garage (motorized door-opener).
The layouts of the units, because each cluster is typically ranged around a common driveway and individual garages, places the entrance from the garage in a different area of the suite.
This "C" unit's door is beside "the throne" for the Master Bedroom, whereas in the "A" unit we rented in 2013, one entered the Dining Room, near the kitchen.
After we acclimatised to this "C" layout, we discovered we preferred it to the "A" layout! Also, this owner's furnishings and "objets d'art" are superior. The dining-for-four area is pleasantly located with its windows revealing the patio-garden-fountain. The kitchen is rather "standard" but has the beginnings of a Chef's Kitchen, with superior food-preparation knives, and cutlery.
The owner obliged us by providing wireless Internet upon our request, complete with printer (for boarding passes, recipes, crossword puzzles etc.).
We shared the unit with another couple quite comfortably for the middle two weeks of our stay, but luxuriated in the just-two-of-us state for our final week ... 70+ honeymooners?
