This exclusive four bedroom property is one of Home at Homes jewels. One one side the property has views of San Fernando and its Royal Tobaco Factory and Sevillas University together with views of the Alfonso XIII hotel. On the other side we stunning views of the Royal Alcazar Gardens.

Elegantly furnished to the last detail the entrance leads to a large bright hall. The first door will lead us to the first bedroom that is annex to the living room with doors

Great location in the heart of the city

The location was great, and the apartment was really nice for our family.

They responded to a few things pretty quickly, and fixed them. Left coffee and bread for us, plus juice.

Only negatives (and I don't think anything can be done with these) -

Walls are thin, so upstairs folks did make noise several mornings, which disturbed

some of the folks sleep, plus one adjoining apartment was doing major renovation.

Who would know mosquitoes are still prevalent in Spain in late November. We did see

several killed mosquitoes on the walls of two of the rooms. Several of my adult children got

bite a lot, but my husband and I did not. I'd bring bug repellant for sure.

Friends holiday

This lovely apt is in a perfect location to enjoy all the wonderful sights of Seville. The apt was roomy enough for 4 couples but you really need a schedule for showers as water pressure was sporadic as well as ht/cold. As we all like cooking, the proximity of a super market plus the Triana Market was a real plus. The pictures depict the space as well as the light that floods the apt which we loved. Air conditioning worked beautifully and kept us cool during the warm weather in Seville. The host was most

responsive to a couple of our requests but beware the dishwasher door which is tricky as machine is not secured. In my opinion, this is the place

to be to enjoy the best of Seville. Note..the cafe on the corner has the best sangria!!!!

A great stay

We were 5 adults plus a child (3 years old) - and the apartment was perfect for our group. The place is just as pictured and the owner/manager is always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. The location is great - and the apartment is well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Seville partly because of the apartment. We recommend it highly without hesitation.

Lovely apartment

We were a group of 7 retirees . Perfect location to walk to many places of interest . Also near to the square where there were lots of events going on over the weekend .

Apartment was as described - spacious and spotlessly clean Only niggle was with the hot water system which was temperamental when more than one person was showering in that the pressure and water temperature dropped .

The best restaurants we found were in the Jewish quarter. Would certainly recommend staying here.

Huge apartment in a great location

We stayed here with 4 couples and it was perfect: four rooms, three bathrooms, and loads of space. Even the kitchen was large. Everything looks just like the pictures. (Note that there is wifi - the posting was unclear about that.) The location was great too - very walkable to everywhere you'd want to go. And Karin was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here if I returned with a large group.

Ample Room in a Great Location.

The property location is great. Particularly if you only have a few days in Sevilla. It is near many attractions and some very good restaurants. The owners were easy to deal with and very prompt in their responses to inquiries. We had two families of four sharing the flat. There was ample space for all if us. It was nice to have a few grocery items to get stated with. I appreciated the owners setting up cars for us from the airport and suggestions on where to eat and play. I would recommend this property.
