Lots of space in an awesome location! With five bedrooms, a big kitchen and a large living room, this apartment can comfortably sleep 14 people! And sleeping is all you will be doing in the apartment, because the surrounding neighborhood is so exciting!

This apartment offers four queen beds and one king bed, each in their own bedrooms, along with a queen futon and a couch in the common spaces. Plenty of room for all your guests to comfortably relax! Hardwood floors throughout!

Kitchen with all your needed implements, beautiful wood attached deck, and super cozy living space with flatscreen HDTV, plus wifi is included! The three bathrooms are beautifully renovated, and the finishes are all top notch! It's perfect for your stay!

Trains and buses are plentiful in the area - you can get just about anywhere! There's no need for a car, but parking IS available for an extra charge via the SpotHero website/app.

- I need a way to reach you on your day-of-arrival via phone - I need to know if you're delayed. Please confirm your mobile phone number once you confirm your reservation; if you do not have a US number, please download the Whats App phone application so we can stay in touch when you're on the way.

- Be respectful of our neighbors. Children and families live next door.

- No loud noises should be heard from outside.

- Parties are not allowed. Additional guests may not be in the unit without prior approval.

Great location!

It was a perfect location for anyone wanting to catch a cub game! We had a blast and the house was perfect for a large group. Definitely will stay here again in the future!

Steven was very easy to deal with and promt with responses. The place is amazing! When he says "heart of Wrigleyville", he is not joking. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a large group vacation! GEAUX CUBS!

Great location, disappointing accomodations.

My first impression when I saw the property was that it was more run down than the pictures depict. I used to live in the city and understand older buildings need updating but there were quite a few issues that with some minor work could bring the property to a new level. For instance, the door lock to one bedroom was broken, trim and woodwork was old and cracked and needs some refinishing. The kitchen was nice but the dishwasher didn't work. The worst part was 2 out of 3 toilets were broken and couldn't be used. When I contacted the owner, Steve, he was prompt in his response, very apologetic and said he would get some one there the next day. He also was gracious and gave a small refund of some of what I had paid. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the toilets and we left the next day. Overall, it's a very spacious property, in a great location, but really could use some work. I would even be willing to pay more if the accommodations were nicer.

This place was perfect. Best location if you are going to wrigley field. Owner was prompt and the place was clean. Great place for a group, everyone had a bed and shower. Walking distance to everything. Can't say enough good things.

Steven Lawrence, owner, THE BEST.

Handy location for our family needs. Very close to Wrigley Field. Clean and quite well appointed. If we had been eating there as a group it would have been hard to serve more than 4-6 people. These Chicago townhouses are quite dark on general.

If you are there for a ball game you are golden. Many pubs, and several good restaurants.
