The Powderhorn condos are just steps across the stream from the high-speed 6-passenger Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9 and only two blocks to Main Street. Some of the amenities include a gas fireplace, washer/dryer, high-speed internet and underground garage parking. Guests enjoy the gas grill on the outside deck and the amazing river and forested view. This spacious Breckenridge condo also offers guests access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs just across the street.

This was our second stay at Powderhorn. This unit was very similar to the unit we stayed at before. This unit has a lovely view of the river, not much view of the mountain. This unit had everything that we needed and you can't beat the location to the Quicksilver Chair and Main Street. Overall a most enjoyable stay.
The condo is in a good location. Walking distance to the ski lifts but not really ski in/ ski out. The community pool and hot tub are not in the building but across the street. The washer dryer unit is undersized for ski stuff. Otherwise... we loved it! The kitchen is very well furnished. The beds and bedding were wonderful. The underground parking is great in the cold and snow. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!
This condo was great for our anniversary weekend getaway! It was very clean, well-kept, and had a well stocked kitchen (which is important to me!). The condo had a nice balcony overlooking the river and woods - making afternoon happy hour very pleasant, after the sun went behind the trees. It was great to be able to walk a short distance into town to go shopping, and out to dinner. I didn't give it 5 stars only because when making the reservation and viewing the nightly rate - it seemed like an exceptional value. However after completing the reservation process there was almost $100 in fees not including the taxes. Perhaps looking at it from another perspective - if the "nightly fee" was $50/per night more without breaking out those fees, I may not have looked at reserving it. Overall, it was perfect for our weekend!
We chose Breckenridge for the cooler weather. 60's and 40's beat 90's any day of the week. The condo was great. The way it was arranged, two bathrooms was a nice bonus. The balcony overlooking the running stream made it all worth it. After a day down in town or to a nearby town, either sitting on the balcony or opening the sliding glass door and you could hear the stream. So relaxing. We would stay there again and I recommend this to anyone going to that area.
Our condo in Powderhorn, B303, was wonderful. It was very clean and fresh. It almost seemed as if it had recently been updated. The kitchen he was well stocked and a good size. The best part, though, was the patio overlooking the Blue River. It is a Beautiful setting and worth a few extra dollars for the view and the sound of the rushing water. Checking in and out was easy, and there is underground parking. It is a short walk to Main Street. The bed in the master is a king, and the mattress was very comfortable with good lighting in the master bath. There is a pull-out couch in the living room with another bath off the living area. I would highly recommend this condo.
Spent 3 days in this property at the end of June 2016. It is well maintained and in a convenient location to town/main street. We walked from the property all through town (even did the Peaks Trail hike from Breckenridge to Frisco, taking the free shuttle back). The overlook of the blue river was a big positive for us. We would love to stay again in the future.
