The Space:
This charming Studio is situated in the Central West End district, known for its historic charm, cultural attractions, and vibrant atmosphere. Travelers will find themselves within walking distance of notable destinations such as the St. Louis Art Museum and Forest Park, offering art, outdoor activities, and a trendy dining scene. Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy! While there is no parking included with this stay, there is limited metered parking in the area, as well as several different paid parking lots close by. We suggest using the ParkMobile app to search for any available parking options

For your convenience, Whole Foods, the closest grocery store, is just right across the property, ensuring you have easy access to all your essential needs.

Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.

There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

Downtown experience wysiwyg
It’s downtown and what you see is what you get. There might be someone sleeping on the street. There’s the smell of dumpsters, weed, and street grime. It’s within walking distance of the Arch, a great sushi place, a grocery store, and many other downtown destinations. You’re gonna get what you pay for: a comfy memory foam bed in a loft with some of the highest ceilings I’ve seen in a residence! A kitchen with the essentials. (The French press and kettle were welcome surprises—way better than a hotel-grade mini drip machine). WiFi and a smart TV. Check-in was easy, communication was good. It’s an old masonry building that’s been converted to apartments, so there’s lots of character. It gets nice natural light. This unit is adjacent to the stairwell, which has metal stairs, so you may hear people going up and down. We enjoyed the stay. (Mom, dad, and a couple middle-schoolers)

Great location
Great location to all the activities we came to see. (St. Patrick’s Day Parade). Grocery store right around the corner and some quaint bar and grills and a diner. Within walking distance to all of these. Even walked to the Horseshoe Casino and took the subway home! Great place to stay overall
