We are a Bentonville family with four (4) children. We bought the Bentonville Bungalow in 2011 and spent six (6) months renovating every detail. We hope you enjoy your visit.
Brandie Perry purchased this house in 2011
It is a beautiful, historical area within walking distance to the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges, Compton Gardens and the Walmart Home Office.
Historic, but completely updated and restored in every way; walking and riding bikes in beautiful downtown and on our trail system; close to Crystal Bridges, the Walmart 5 & 10 Museum, restaurants, etc.
We had a great experience staying in bentonville at the bungalow. We would definetly stay again! Beats a hotel by far! The location was close to everything we went to. Thank you Brandi for providing such a lovely house!
I typically do not write reviews ... While I have almost always had a good experience with VRBO rentals (20+) I also realize that my taste might not suit others. But how can you not comment on a perfectly quaint, well-landscaped, well-decorated, and well-equipped home like the Bentonville Bungalow. Near the town square with restaurants, including ice cream parlors, that will please all. Our primary reason for visiting was to ride the Slaughter Pen trails which was probably the most unusual riding we have experienced in the Southeast, but was very much enjoyed. This was our first trip to Bentonville and Brandie was a pleasure to work with, and has provided great home base to enjoy the city. I would highly recommend anyone planning a future visit to consider staying at the Bentonville Bungalow.
Pulling up to the cheery yellow bungalow made a great first impression of Bentonville for us. The brightly colored flowers and sunny porch made for a perfect relaxation spot. We could not have found a more convenient place to stay nor a cozier one! Everything we needed was in the house - all the way to spices in the cabinet.
Johnny, the property manager was a great concierge - he gave us tips on where to eat and what to see during our mini vacation getaway. We appreciated him telling us to "walk a different path" to the square each time. Our walks turned up interesting houses (an owner of a beautiful new one under construction even let us inside to see) and amazingly beautiful dogwoods, redbuds, tulips and daffodils. Crystal Bridges was a delight and we were so lucky to catch the Vintage Market Days at the fairgrounds. Crepes Paulette Food Truck gets a huge thumbs up from us!
The Bentonville Bungalow will definitely be a repeat girl trip for us!

We truly loved staying at the Bungalow. It is completely stocked with everything you could ever need. The house, yard and landscaping are very well maintained and the whole process was smooth and best in class! Brandie (owner) is awesome and very customer focused. We will definitely try to stay here on our next visit back to Bentonville.
I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone considering staying in or near the Bentonville area. My wife, two daughters and I loved it - especially the quaint & inviting front porch where we spent much time enjoying the swing and neighborhood. Great place to stay and sure beats a hotel!
Our party of four (two couples) had a wonderful two-night stay in the Bentonville Bungalow this past weekend. The house is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, and it was a great home-base for our visit to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. The weather was ideal, so we spent time relaxing on the porch and the deck, and we really enjoyed our evening walks into town square. We would have loved another day in town to simply hang out at the house and cook in the gorgeous and well-stocked kitchen. Both bedrooms and beds are comfy, and each bedroom's adjoining bathroom was immaculate. Very nice showers! Having an additional half-bath just off the kitchen, as well as a laundry/ironing room, was an added luxury.
This is an adorable house in a terrific location, and we would gladly stay again. We highly recommend it as the place to stay in Bentonville. Thanks for your hospitality, Brandie!
This was a perfect bungalow for a girl's week-end. The restoration of this bungalow created a warm, charming enviornment for us to spend a week-end. The kitchen was perfect for us to prepare breakfast each morning. We enjoyed visiting the recommended nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner, going to Chrystal Bridges, and shopping in Bentonville and Rogers. There were four ladies in our group and we all agree that we want to return to this charming bungalow.
