Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin! Everything was perfect! We went to Boone for shopping at the Mast General Store & Amex. The snow tubing at Jonas Ridge and everyone had a blast. Bummed there was no snow but had fun hiking to Linville Falls.

Thank you Again!

Beautiful Cabin!!!

  • 5 of 5

Amazing place, luxurious inside and out, had absolutely no problems! Stayed Jan. 21-24th. Despite the storm, the roads were clear from this cabin to Sugar Mountain every day. Had no problem whatsoever with downstairs tenants. I would like to thank them for putting up with all our loudness instead. Would rent again and would absolutely recommend to others!! Great owners!!

Loved this Mountain Home

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in the Mountaineer Cabin with our 4 year old, 3 other couples, 2 other small children and 2 teenagers - 13 people total and we loved it. The spacious living room provided comfort for everyone one and the large kitchen table and wrap around deck were great gather spots. Each family had ample room for quiet and getting ready time. Rooms are clean, spacious and private. Our house became the meeting point for everyone in the group because it was so spacious, open and inviting and our boys loved the yard where they were constantly kicking a soccer ball, playing tag and enjoying starry nights. We had an amazing time and would love to return! We never had any issues; everything worked properly.

Better in person

  • 5 of 5

my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the mountaineer cabin. The house was beautiful inside and out. Had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. All of the appliance worked wonderfully including the hot tub. The downstairs tenant didn't bother us any and the house is a short drive from Boone.

Relaxing and beautiful vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Mountaineer cabin. We rented the below space as well and had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 4 children that vacationed there. It was just perfect spacing for a large crowd. Never felt like we were in each other's way, baby could nap, etc. My children fished every morning and evening in the pond and LOVED the Jacuzzis as well. Weather is gorgeous, plenty of area to walk around. Convenient location to everything. I'm seriously ready to go back. Will definitely choose Parkway Cabins again when heading to Boone area!

Graduation Weekend

  • 5 of 5

Five of us (3 generations) stayed in the cabin for Graduation. Plenty of space for everyone. We even hosted a BBQ dinner after graduation for 10 without any issues. The house is great. I look forward to another visit and highly recommend it.
