This is in one of the loveliest neighborhoods designed in the small town of San Juan del Sur. Close to town but not in the mix of it all, relaxing and great in general. Provides an amazing vacation spot for for those who have a family who like to explore on their own. These units have access to a shared pool and provide lots of liberty to guests since everything is a 10 to 20 minute walk away or a simple 5 min drive.

The home itself is divided into 2 levels and is set on a 3 level complex. Level 3, is the upstairs level and provides wider views. It is configured as an open and expansive space which holds the kitchen, dining area and living room. The downstairs level is level 2 in the complex and provides much needed privacy to 2 rooms. These rooms are 1 master suite a the second bedroom which has access to a full bathroom.

The shared space for the pool in the condo has access to a larger than most green area under a lovely expansive tree. This space is shared with 6 other units varying from studios to 2 bedrooms condos. It's a great spot to get to know some neighbors, some are long term renters and others are vacationers of this gorgeous little town.

Should you like to enjoy night life, we are happy to provide you with the phone numbers of various taxis, shuttle services or private drivers. Remember to just send an email 24 hours in advance to schedule your transport. Should you like any advice with activities, we are also happy to help you by introducing you to providers for some of the best activities in he area.

It is also important to note that this complex is currently has neighbors under construction. Construction is currently in close proximity to the unit. Noise levels are usually contained but it is construction after all and this is why these units are still so affordable in comparison to other units with all these amenities.

Best Stay!!

We were in San Juan del Sur for our wedding and rented a few different houses for the out of town guests. After the craziness of the celebration, we moved to the condo with our two girls to enjoy a week at the beach. This condo was by far the BEST place we stayed during our trip. Remax was easy to accommodate, the booking and payments handled with ease. Marta was amazing and extremely helpful.

But by far the best part was the condo itself. We loved the mix of modern, clean lines with the natural materials. The layout was perfect for us and we all enjoy the amenities this place had to offer. The views were breathtaking, getting better with each floor balcony. It was close enough to town, but far enough away to feel very peaceful. You could hear the waves crashing at night and the birds chirping in the morning. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. We loved the openness of the upstairs floor-plan. We enjoyed the condo so much, we were happy to go 'home' at the end of our daily adventures. (We saw sea turtles laying eggs at the reserve, tried out surfing, repelled and ziplined at Da Flying Frog and and much more!)

Overall it was by far the best experience of anywhere we have stayed in San Juan and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. Hope to be back soon!

The cumulative findings here make this a spectacular experience. A wonderful place to call home while you are away from yours. The location is ideal, access to local history , beach and restaurants. The home is warm and greeting. Gabby with the greet team goes out of her way to make the experience the best it can be and get your prepared for what you will need for your stay, food, map, etc. I will without doubt return.

Not value for money

It was difficult to separate the property, the people and the country, but overall I have to give a low rating to our experience. As far as the property goes, it was quite nice, but much too expensive. For the amount we paid, I would have expected a generator for the many and long power outages. And keep in mind when the power goes out there is also no water, so you can't use the bathroom. Some outages lasted the entire day. There is no dishwasher, and no laundry facilities in the suite or on the complex. You have to take your laundry into town. There is a TV, but no cable service, so you have to buy DVD's in town (no rental). There is a safe, but its not bolted down, so it was essentially a suitcase advertising where our valuables were kept. We were warned there was construction, but we weren't prepared for the degree of noise, 5 days a week, from dawn until dusk. This unit is for sale and also serves as the show home for the complex, so we were subjected to at least 6 visits from people who showed up with a key and walked through the unit. We were never told ahead of time this was the situation, and most times were given only a couple hours notice. Even when we were given notice they rarely arrived at the arranged time. This was a major inconvenience.

People - Gaby was very kind and helpful showing us around town, and Martha was fantastic, keeping the place clean and repairing/replacing items as needed.

Country - Big hint, unless you like gale force winds, avoid San Juan del Sur during January and February. Also, safety is an issue. We were warned by several people to never walk outside the major tourist areas after dark. This is a major inconvenience since the condo is a 15 minute walk from town. This means you have to taxi to/from the condo every time you go to town. At $5-8 each way, this adds up quickly, to the point where we ended up renting a car because it was cheaper. The warnings were warranted it turns out. One acquaintance had his wallet stolen and another was harassed on the beach as she walked at 7:30 in the morning. As well, what we thought was the sound of firecrackers turned out to be a gunfight between police and a local gang.

Overall, we had a good time, but came away feeling ripped off. Had we paid about 30-40% less and told about the show home aspect, our expectations would have been in line with what we experienced, and our rating would be better.

Gabriela drove us to all the best rentals in town then when we changed gears on what we were looking for, she took us well out of town with the sun just going down to find our perfect dream property. Highly recommended!

Amazing vies, comfort, a little bit of paradise

Property was clean, large, 2 blks from beach, air conditioning worked great, showers with hot water, property was very clean and safe. Views are expectacular. Porch on both floors with chairs. Perfect for morning coffee and afternoon relaxing while viewing amazing shots of the beach. Walking to town was 10 min. Property was close enough to walk to town yet far enough so that the town noise can't bother you. Our agent Gabriela was awesome. She will meet you at the property. Show you all of the ammenities. Drive you to town and show you all the spots for eating and booking activities like fishing, horse back riding, atv riding, etc. And she will be available for anything that may be needed. Take advantage of her and use her services. I recommend is property. We had a great vacation and knowing hat we were staying in a sfe place made it more relaxing. We will be back and next time with the whole family. Enjoy
