Imagine a vacation in your very own elegant mountain chalet. The Lodge at Snowy Point exemplifies your dream mountain vacation home. Nestled into a quiet cul-de-sac and across a path to the slopes, this seven-bedroom eight and a half bathroom luxury vacation rental is a spectacular place to stay while enjoying Breckenridge. Walking through the grand entryway exudes a feeling of warmth and mountain elegance. The massive rock fireplace and expansive cathedral ceilings give you an open floor plan living space that breathes luxury.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal for large groups. Appliances include a gas stove with six burners, three ovens, two dishwashers, full sized refrigerator and freezer, second refrigerator in the garage, two sinks, an ice maker, a microwave, and a gas fireplace. While the breakfast bar and table accommodate seating for fourteen, a formal dining room off of the kitchen seats an additional ten people.

Attached to the kitchen you will find the great room complete with cathedral ceilings, plush and comfortable sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows, a large gas fireplace, and a flat panel television. An executive office furnished with two twin sleeper sofas offers additional sleeping and a private place to work remotely.

A full size laundry room off of the two car garage entrance completes this floor.

To enjoy the ultimate relaxation walk out to the large, private, outdoor hot tub on the deck just off of the kitchen area. Out here you will also find a large, gas BBQ grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

The sense of privacy offered by the layout of this house makes it ideal for large groups. Situated on two separate wings, the seven bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom and every bedroom/bathroom combination is certain to impress. On the west side of the home, you will find four master bedrooms outfitted with king-sized beds, attached patios, and walk-in-closets. Three of these four bedrooms offers a fireplace. Up the stairs you will find a fifth bedroom offering two sets of bunk beds, an attached bath, and walk-in closet. Each of the bedrooms provides enough space and privacy for a group to spread out after a long day of activities.

The east wing of the chalet is devoted entirely to the master suite. With a luxurious king bed, large walk-in-closet, fireplace, flat panel television, and an elegant bathroom, you are certain to relax and enjoy your vacation in this bedroom.

Outside of the master suite, you will find a lounge with an array of comfortable sofas and a flat panel television complete with an X BOX 360. One of the sofas pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

This property also offers a private carriage house suite off of the garage area with a separate entrance, kitchen, living area, bedroom, extra pullout queen-sized sofa, flat panel television, fireplace, and full bathroom. This space is perfect for those wishing for a little more privacy or a family with small children.

Downstairs, you will be greeted by a large recreation room complete with a billiards table, wet bar, additional sleeping, and a full bathroom. Enjoy watching the game on the 50-inch flat panel television, while shooting pool and relaxing with your group.

Just off of the billiard space, enjoy movies and ski videos in the private theater room which boasts an enormous movie screen, stadium seating, electric blinds, a top-of-the-line sound system, and dozens of movies.

Warm and Incredible Lodge/Home!

The Lodge is in impeccable shape and had a wonderful layout for our group with spacious individual master style bedrooms and phenomenal amenities throughout! It truly felt like a home away from home for us, and it was incredibly convenient to get on the slopes, and also a quick trip to downtown from the Lodge. A couple hundred feet away from the house sits the 4 o'clock run for quick access getting on and off the mountain. No need to drive or fight lines at Breck to get your day started at the mountain! A movie theater, hot tub, pool table, 2 large group dinning tables and a kitchen ready to conquer the groups feasting dreams. Can't say enough great things about this property and the staff that helped make our time at the Lodge and Breck unforgettable!

A Dream Home!

The Lodge at Snowy Point has everything (and more!) you could ever dream of for a mountain vacation.

For all your skiing and adventuring needs - this house is equipped with easy ski in/ski out access at peak 8, a huge garage for storage, and is a quick drive or 15 minute walk to downtown Breck.

For community and cooking - it's built with a giant, gorgeous kitchen, with multiple ovens, stove tops and tons of cabinet and counter space. The spacious dining and living rooms allow for groups to gather and connect. The house can sleep big groups of 20+, and each room feels unique and comfortable.

For fun and relaxation - you'll find a giant home theater, an attached guest home, comfortable seating everywhere, cozy rooms for reading, a game room, an outdoor hot tub, and even heated floors for cold toes.

If you are looking to explore Breck, relax, adventure, or simply enjoy a picaresque home, look no further!

Third time staying - It just keeps getting better!

We keep coming back to the Lodge at Snowy Point for our getaways because you truly can't do any better. This house is a magical place to stay, nestled in the mountains with direct access to skiing and easily walking distance from the from downtown Breck. We've absolutely loved the homey but luxurious feel, along with all the fun stuff like home theater, pool table, beautiful fully stocked kitchen, and AMAZING hot tub! JT and Fonda are incredible property managers and so responsive to any need. We enjoy this place more and more each time we've stayed! If you're looking for fun, relaxing, adventure get away in Breckenridge, I honestly can't recommend The Lodge enough!

You're looking for a place to stay in Breck --I know this. Well, CONGRATULATIONS! You found it. This place is designed to make you look like a hero to your group. Kids want a theater room? Wife want a hot tub? Husband want a pool table? European uncle who is always talking about skiing the Alps want ski-on / ski-off access? Well The Lodge has ALL that and more to appease and impress even the most unflappable, hard to please, members of your party. Heated floors? Check. Wifi? Check. Decor appliances for professional grade cooking (no excuses, Mom)? CHECK. This place is like your home -- that is if you live in a mansion and have professionals design and maintain everything. You'll feel like you're the first people to ever stay there --it's that well kept. The views are spectacular, the access is unbeatable, the managers are always available and the props, kudos, nods of approval, and way-to-go's you'll get from your group if you book this place are innumerable. Trust me; I'm still tallying. So congratulations! Your search is over. The only question left is whether you can book before I do again.

Amazing home to stay in!

I just stayed at this home this past weekend with a group of friends and we had the best time. The house is beautiful. It is the perfect location where you feel like you are in the mountains but can also take a quick ten minute walk to Main street in downtown Breckenridge. The ski in/ski out also was less than a block away which was extremely nice so we did not have to go to a parking lot and pay to park. Also, a quick side note, there's heated floors in this home which makes it nice and cozy during the winter months after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend this home for any groups that are looking for a good time!

Absolutely loved this property

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with 6 other couples and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to be together and big enough if you wanted a break you could escape everyone else. Fonda was the best property manager we have ever come across. We loved it so much my husband would buy it if ever goes on the market.

The Lodge at Snowy Point is located between town and the base of Peak 8. Peak 8 is the best place to begin your day at Breckenridge. The home is less than a half mile from the base. To ski out, you will cross the road in front of the home. There is a trail from that point. You can put on your skis or snowboard at this point and ski about 200 yards to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run (A Green Run). From here, you can ski right at the fork and cross a snow packed bridge which will take you to the Snowflake Lift. The Snowflake Lift will take you past the base of the ski area and to all of the intermediate and expert terrain on the mountain.

To ski in, take the 4 O'Clock Run from anywhere on Peak 8. Ski down to the turn onto the path where you started. From here you can ski the 200 yards on the path back to the house.

It is also easy to walk to town via the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. The walk up is a little more strenuous.

Alternatively, there is a shuttle stop about 5-10 minute walk from the house on Ski Hill Drive. The shuttle comes by every 15 minutes and will either take you to the base of Peak 8 or to town, depending on which side of the road you are standing.

You will really enjoy the location of this home and all that it has to offer.
