Perfect for four, the Cityside corporate apartment is brilliantly located; just across the road from Melbourne Exhibition Centre and just across the Yarra River from Melbourne CBD. It's securely tucked inside the stylish Rivergarden Condos building, a modern new building with a security entrance, which combines the beauty of a magnificent modern building with brilliant facilities such as a fully enclosed 25m lap pool, tennis court, gardens and a communal b-b-q area.

This is a two-bedroom apartment: with a king and queen bed and single foldaway bed. There's also a cot and high chair available for for free if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.

A small fee is charged for the use of the foldaway at $25/night or $100/week, whichever is cheapest. A cot and and high chair can mostly be provided for free; BYO linen. No hidden fees or taxes. Surcharges are added to these standard rates for special event periods.

MINIMUM STAYS:

This apartment generally has a minimum stay of 3 nights.

We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply.

6 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement

Minimum stays may apply to long weekends and special events

Rates allow for up to 2 people in the king or queen bed in our one-bedroom apartments, and up to 4 people in the king or queen beds in our two-bedroom apartments.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all facilities in the complex, as described above.

Interaction with Guests

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone. We generally check with you within 245 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone for extended office hours every day.

Getting around

Trams are just out the front, and you can walk to the CBD and Southbank Promenade.

Other Things to Note

Pets are allowed in many of our apartments, (but not this one), as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings.
