There are very few positives that I have for this place but I will start with them. The location was close to downtown Napa and the Silverado resort. The space was adequate for three couples, if of course, one couple doesn't mind sleeping in a room with bunk beds.
Now for the negatives which far outweigh the positives. There was no wifi so to claim that there is free wifi is a lie. I know people don't go to Napa to watch tv but there were less than 10 channels on the tv so don't be expecting to be able to watch whatever you want.
As the pictures show, the space is several decades outdated. It's not just that the decor is outdated however, it's dirty and uncomfortable. I didn't want to walk on the carpet throughout the house because it seemed grimy. None of the beds were comfortable. The couch was dreadful and felt like it had a huge wooden slat crossing the cushion. Several of the sheet sets had stains on them.
When we arrived, we wanted to do a load of wash in the washing machine. There were mildewing towels that had been in there for who knows how long.
We stayed at this place because it was the most cost efficient for three couples (family members) close to Silverado resort where we were attending a wedding. We regret not spending extra money to stay somewhere that we were more comfortable.
Condo was located in a great location with great proximity to the winery's and in an exclusive/safe neighborhood. Condo could bennefit from some up keeping and bed mattresses were a bit hard. The condo was well equipped and spacious. We had a questions and the owner was responsive.
Nice place. Plenty of space.
Shower did not drain properly, but that is a minor complaint.
Overall, very nice place to stay near the resort.
Had a great stay while buying more wine than I initially set out to buy from the Stags Leap Distrcit wineries but it was well worth it. In addtion, had a great round of golf at Silverado with my daughter and my favorite cousin on the north course which was in immaculate shape along with a couple of Spa trips for workouts and massages. Can wait to go back besides, I have great wine for the holidays and many Barbecues this summer. The place was good for us Five people and we cooked breakfast there and ate out for dinner. Easy access to the Silverado Trail where my favorite wineries reside so it was a successful trip.
Pictures represent the home accurately. Nicely located within the Silverado community. It is in a very safe environment for families. We were a family of 5 and it was plenty of room for the entire family. The process to rent the home was easy and the owners responded immediately. No problems whatsoever.
The home is fantastic. Clean, quiet location, just as advertised. There were also plenty of children's books and toys, which were perfect for our 3 year old. Only minor drawback about the home is the showerhead in the master bath could use some more water pressure.
But the fine print is annoying. Check-in isn't until 4pm (that's the latest I've ever seen) and early check-in was an additional $100. Check-out guildelines (which they don't provide until two weeks prior to check-in) require you to strip the beds, start the washer/dryer, and run the dishwasher. I've stayed at VRBO's, Airbnb's, HomeAway's, have even done home exchanges, and I've never seen check-out guidelines as burdensome as these.
