Carriage House #331 is a wonderful, deluxe studio. Being a corner unit provides additional square footage and living space over similar studio units. This unit has a well appointed kitchenette providing enough space and utensils to prepare that big breakfast before a big day on the slopes or trails. Carriage House has an outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, free wi-fi and laundry facilities. The property is in the Prospector Square area with an array of restaurants and shops. The free bus system stops very close to the property and provides easy car-free access around town and to all the resorts.
Fantastic location walking distance from grocery store, across the street from bus stop to Park City Resort. Small, clean, convenient. The manager, Todd I think, even let me keep my bags so I could get an extra day snowboarding. Only downside was slow internet.
This was just right for our quick last minute getaway. We loved having the corner unit so that we had a little more space. Parking was very difficult and very rarely were we able to actually park in the parking lot. But overall we had a great experience and this worked out perfect for us!
The Carriage House is located at 1940 Prospector Avenue. From 1-80. Take SR 224 into Park City. Continue into Park City until you get to the stop light Kearns Blvd. Turn left on Kearns. Continue down Kearns. At your first light, turn right on Bonanza. Take your next left on Propector Ave. The Carriage House is a ? mile on your left. Parking: Please park in the parking lot in front of the Carriage House. A parking pass will be left in the unit. Please put the parking pass in your car immediately. Parking is strictly enforced. HOA rules dictate that all cars need to be moved at least once every 24 hours. Park City Crash Pads will not be held responsible for parking tickets and/or towing.
