Prospector 218 is a wonderful, studio/hotel room with two queen beds, full bathroom, flat screen television, iPod alarm clock, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Prospector Lodge has an outdoor pool (summer only) and a year around hot tub. Prospector Lodge is located in Prospector Square right on the Historic Rail Trail. Prospector Lodge is close to ski shops and restaurants and is located on the free shuttle bus route. Park City Mountain Resort is approx. 1.5 miles away.
The unit was very clean with a recently remodeled bath (glassed-in shower). Beds were excellent. Only one room with bath but spacious enough for the two of us. Could sleep 4 if all were good friends. Furnished with flat screen TV (although fairly small), coffee maker, and microwave oven. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Economically priced in comparison to other accommodations in Park City area. Located in Prospector Square which is about 2 miles from Park City Mountain Resort.
Ideally located in Prospector Square with easy access to bus stops (yellow bus goes directly to Deer Valley Resort where we skied). Also, 1 block from two excellent restaurants - Fuego Bistro and Grubb Steak.
Prospector Lodge #318 is located at 2105 Prospector Ave (Building 3).
Directions from I-80:
1-80 East to Park City exit (Route 224). Follow 224 all the way into Park City. At the stop light at Kearns Blvd., turn left. At the next light on Bonanza Dr, turn right. Take the next left at Prospector Ave. Follow Prospector. Eventually Prospector Ave will turn left. Just before it turns left, the building will be on your right. It is better to park on the west side of the building (right side if looking from the street). The unit is #318 and located on the second floor.
