Get away to a Gulf Front Paradise! Sitting on our balcony you see nothing but White Sand and Blue Gulf Waters. Ready to put your toes in the sand, leave the secured building and you are on the Beach, 20 steps and your feet are in the Gulf!

Over looking the beach we have a huge heated pool with nice big cement steps and jetted hot tub, right next to the private tennis court.

After watching the sun set while you dine or enjoy drinks on your private balcony you can walk to great restaurants, then sit back and enjoy a movie on the 65' TV with Bose Surround Sound DVD combo in the living room.

When it is time to rest, you will be lulled to sleep in a king size bed, listening to the sound of the water in our Gulf Front Master Bedroom. If you just haven't had enough of the water, use the sliding glass door to walk out to the balcony or open the blinds and lay in bed watching the moon across the Gulf of Mexico. Wake in the morning to your favorite show on the master bedroom 32' flat screen tv, or watch the sun sparkle across the water. When you get ready, the master has a dual sink vanity, with a walk in closet and separate area for the toilet and shower.

Don't feel too badly for your guests, they will be staying in a queen bed that has views of the bay, going to sleep at night watching their favorite show on their in-room tv, then waking up in the morning to the sunrise and the boats heading out for a day of fun and fishing. They have their own full bath with a tub.

Our condo has been extensively upgraded from the rest of the building. The Granite topped kitchen has a small office area complete with wireless complimentary high speed internet.

We have a new High Efficiency washer / dryer combination right in the condo. There is filtered water going through the double door refrigerator and a trash chute just outside the back door.

It has a large balcony with a table and chairs for 4 people, plus a lounger for watching sunsets. The Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom all look out onto the Beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

Indian Rocks Beach is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, we are North of St. Petersburg Beach and South of Clearwater Beach. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance of our condo and there is a stop for the trolley that runs up and down the beach. You will have an assigned parking spot. The building is secured by locks on all exterior doors and we have an on-site security guard every evening.

The building is a 2 week minimum, pets are not allowed, and we do not want smoking in our condo.
